I think it is unfair for Phonek to tell customers that the Hearing aid has Acuracast built in but they will not turn it on until many users will use it. The transformers are now available but
Phonak will not turn the hearing aid on to use it. False advertising .

Great Reliable Service
Since 2000 I have worn HAs and gone through several pairs. However, my Phonak BTEs have exceeded my expectation. Since I purchased my latest HAs through Discountdailyhearing they have stepped up to help resolve any issues. Recently, they sent my HAs to Phonak and in a couple of weeks I received a new pair which work great with no issues.

Discount daily hearing was simple to order from and they have been on top of everything. I replaced 5 year old Signia Styletto with the latest versions. I love them. I will buy from them again, hopefully a long way off of course lol.

Needed to send my devices out for…
Needed to send my devices out for repairs, as I seemed the receivers were dead and my Bluetooth was spotty. At first, they said they were going to send out the receivers, which would not completely resolve the problems. I had to insist on having the devices sent out for inspection and repair. They then sent me a shipping label to send my devices out for inspection/repair after I paid for the shipping fee. Aside from that, I don't have anything negative to say about them, and they did follow up and agree to have my devices sent out for repairs.

I am shell shocked from internet screw ups, so when I did not hear from you, I panicked. I contacted PayPal and was ready to cancel. Then the product arrived per your directions.
The hearing aids seem to work but need tuning and I can't get into the Signia Websight.
