Ordered some wax guards and domes
Ordered some wax guards and domes.
Took about 2 weeks to get and then the wax guards were wrong and had to have new ones shipped out again which took another almost two weeks.
When I bought hearing aids one of the selling point is lifetime supply of guards and domes.
Didn’t ask or realize that each dome and wax guard replacement was free but the shipping charge was really unreasonable. Cost to ship was $15 and only received the one wax guard and dome in a box that could have actually held at least a 6 month supply.
Then checked out Amazon and they ship for free and cost of the wax guards and domes are a lot cheaper than my so call free supply.

Startup documentation seriously…
Startup documentation seriously lacking! Specifically around WiFi and the streaming R-Phonak… function needing to be configured. Nothing in the videos mentioned this either!
People and technology are great but the documentation sucks! ALMOST returned because of this really unacceptable deficiency.

Poor Customer Service!
I have dealt with Discount Daily Hearing for about 18 months. In that time I had several experiences with Customer Service. Each time, I had to follow up several times. On several occasions I was treated with a poor tone and complete unprofessionalism!
Follow up was slow or non existent. I can't recommend using this company. I went to another provider for my replacement and was treated very well. The price was also cheaper and their service staff was very responsive!

The Best Decision I Made
Great service very professional this is my 2nd pair of aides problems are resolved quickly. I highly recommend to anyone in need of hearing products I am 80 years of age these guys tested adjusted and services my aides providing me peace of mind and trust.
