Replacement of lost hearing aid
They were a little slow in sending the replacement hearing aid but I was so glad it was under warranty with only a $250 cost versus $1,500. The people there are great at helping you to get your hearing aid adjusted and set up. I worked with Will several times and he has been very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Also, my initial purchase of the hearing aids was a couple of thousand less than the other places I looked.

I am being jerked around by the service department BIG TIME!! I have a 2200 dollar pair of hearing aids less than 90 days old and my right hearing won't power up. They are completely non responsive!! Customer service on the sales side has gone radio silent!! They have the money but don't want to know me now!! Buyer Beware!!

NOT ACCURATE! Lifetime Supply Of Domes & Wax Filters
I am trying to get a supply of domes and wax guards. They advertise "Lifetime Supply Of Domes & Wax Filters." After multiple requests, dating back to October of last year, I received eight or four pairs of wax guards and the wrong-sized domes. They also claim FREE SHIPPING, and to get their lifetime supplies, which is false, as they charge $15 for shipping, which is $10 more than the usable value of the small packet of wax guards sent.

This allows us to continue offering high-quality hearing aids at nearly half the cost of traditional brick-and-mortar providers, where patients often pay up to $6,000 for similar technology.
We strive to provide excellent service, and we’re truly sorry if you received the wrong size domes or experienced delays.
