It took over 6 weeks to get a replacement receiver! I kept getting the excuse that the items were on back order. So, I was without my left hearing aid for ALMOST TWO months! Also, this company did NOT take the 30 seconds needed to annotate in my purchase order record as to the style (M or P). Seriously??!!!!

Purchased Phonak Lumity aids approximately 2 yrs ago. Units need to be sent back due to severe battery degradation before warranty expires. Contacted via web page 3 times - NEVER received a response. I will try to find someone locally that can help. Nice price on purchase but lack of after sales support makes me wish I had never purchased from this Company

Warranty handled perfectly, fast turn around

I bought a pair of hearing aids earlier this year that had a warranty if lost to be replaced with a $250 deductible (each $500 total)
I lost my hearing aids in an airport so I called to make a claim and was informed the deductible was now $1000. I was told “the contract reserved the right to change the deductible” this while they are still advertising tge same hearing aids online with the $250 deductible in the ad.
I need to hear so I paid the $1000. A week later I received the replacement hearing aids without being programmed. I have Cros hearing aids because I am completely deaf in one ear. When I received my original hearing aids, they were programmed and I just needed a tech to help tweak them.
I called and was told that a tech can fix this on the phone (highly doubtful) so I scheduled an appointment. The tech no showed and I spent 30 minutes on the phone waiting on hold for the next available person and then it finally cut me off.
Terrible bait and switch warranty and terrible service. I’ll keep trying until I get satisfaction

Still no fix. Frustration level is almost at the peak. I’m ready to start filing regulatory complaints

They charge $15 for shipping a small pack of filters, but when I asked them to send more filters to save on future shipping costs, they refused

I mailed the hearing aid to Signia that needed a new battery. I told them I needed it back in 2 weeks as I was traveling. Almost a week after mailing it I called and Discount had no record of receiving it even though UPS said it had been delivered several days before.
So the hearing aid sits there, nothing happens, I call and text Discount and now they say it still hasn't been shipped back to them 1 1/2 weeks later. Then, they will need to mail it to me. There's no way I'll have it in time.

This isn't my first mis-adventure with Discount. I had lost one hearing aid and took me a while to order a new one. They said 1-1 1/2 weeks to get it, They never contacted me and when I finally got a hold of them they said they'd expedite it. It took a month to get the replacement.

They may be good about shipping brand new hearing aids but they are a disaster if you have to ship something back.

Immediately solved my problem.
Courteous and polite.
I received my promised delivery promptly.
