In response to your response to me. Yes that is what you advertise now concerning batteries. When I purchased my hearing aids, The initial person I spoke with on the phone told me batteries, domes and filters for 2 years, I immediately questioned him and he verified. I later went through the over the phone setup and that person was fantastic. I hadn't read what you provided for 2 years, I was told by your employee. Stay true to promises made, that's all I asked. I absolutely love the hearing aids, just extremely disappointed that I wasn't told that I was paying 15 dollars for a few dollars in product to be shipped. Lesson learned, I'll get my supplies from another supplier cheaper.

We’re glad you love your hearing aids, but it’s important to recognize the value in the initial savings, even if the ongoing supplies come at a small cost in shipping.
Discount Hearing is Unbeatable
Christine Joest is absolutely a super person. She is experienced with all products, takes her time to explain, always courteous, and promptly returns messages. Also Will who adjusts my hearing aides is patient, courteous any very knowledge. I am so pleased with all.

Hearing aids repair
Sent my hearing aids to Phonak for repairs. I received them back in less than two weeks with new parts and work like new.

First Class Help!
You folks came through for me perfectly! My right hearing aid died, I called and I was assured I would be responded to by a service person and an appoint was made for the call.
He called, diagnosed the problem and he dispatched a new "receiver", which arrived by UPS (with appropriate notifications) it was easy to install and my stereo hearing is now back to normal.

Staff was wonderful.
I am surprised the repair took so long but I realized they must have tried to repair the problem, then sent away to Phonak to replace them.
I am disappointed that I got not communication with what the problem had been. Do the new hearing aids have a new warranty date?

I purchased my hearing aids from them about three years ago. Their customer service has been excellent. They are always easy to contact and they are quick to send the free supplies as needed, that was included with my purchase in a timely fashion.

Unreasonable 'shipping' cost for 'Lifetime Supply Of Domes & Wax Filters'
Ok,
I'm really happy with the price I paid for my hearing aids and all the support in setting them up
But... I'm really disappointed in your claim of 'Lifetime Supply Of Domes & Wax Filters'
I just ordered these and expected a two year supply, but only recieved 10 domes and 8 filters, not even a years worth AND had to pay $15 'shipping'. I initially thought that was high but if it were for 2 years I could deal with it. BUT it's NOT
I can get these CHEAPER on amazon
10 Domes for $10 (free sipping)
and 32 Filters for $11.02 (free shipping)
which would be $2.75 for 1 8 pack
So the total would be $12.75
SO how can you justify saying the your customers get 'Lifetime Supply Of Domes & Wax Filters'
