I found trying to input my prescription…
I found trying to input my prescription difficult. The main option is to upload a photo which is fine but I wanted to type the numbers in which didn't really work even to choose as an option. I did send my photo in but was requested to do it again once that was done my glasses arrived very quickly and were good except I had originally asked for reading glasses and the because of having to add my information several times it ended up on the distance option. I don't know if it had reverted back to this option or I had accidentally opted for it. So I now have a perfectly good pair of distance glasses but I wanted reading glasses and will need to buy another pair.
Overall its a good service I have used it before and will again. The glasses are good and they arrived quickly.

Glasses arrived broken in a small flimsy box - glasses inside in a plastic bag - so very little protection for them during the despatch time and delivery time. Full refund obtained.

My chosen glasses were received less than 24 hrs after I ordered them on line. Just as well as my original glasses had broken and were unusable. I need glasses for work as I have to do a lot of computer work. I sent a new prescription as well and everything was perfect.

The first order arrived as an empty box, apart from a glasses cleaner tissue. Direct Sight arranged for another pair to be made and the delivery date given was Aug 6th. There is no tracking so I can't find out why they haven't been delivered.

Easy, good value, lenses are fine. A bit cheap in terms quality, feel a bit plastic. But then I didn't pay very much. I use varifocals and they work great. Overall very satisfied.
