Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Ordered from them because they claim next day delivery, waited a week for the then claimed delivery date which came and went called to be told my glasses were being dispatche the next working day waited two further days. Called again to be told they were just about to go into production. In the end requested charge back from my bank avoid all costs.

Your order was not placed on our Express Service. You selected Blue Light lenses, which are not available as part of our Express Service. Blue Light lenses have a stated production time of 7-10 working days, as shown on our website, and your estimated dispatch date was also provided in both your order confirmation and production confirmation emails.
When you contacted our Team, we were happy to discuss the order with you. Unfortunately, you were abusive towards our staff and repeatedly used offensive and inappropriate language. As a result, your order was cancelled and refunded in full.

Nice fitting glasses. My glasses are a comfortable fit considering i have not tried them on in a shop to test them. Receiving them from order to getting them was about a week,very quick time .

The glasses you ordered were not produced with Transitions/Photochromic lenses, which are the lenses designed to automatically darken when exposed to sunlight/UV. The standard lenses in your order do not change colour in sunlight.

I was a bit disappointed that my glasses arrived and had clearly been squashed in the post as they are just in a cardboard envelope with no other protection. As a result they are extremely wonky and the arms are loose which makes them almost unwearable. On the upside, delivery was quick and prompt, just might be worth more robust packaging.

We currently keep our packaging minimal to help keep our prices as competitive as possible, but we completely understand that a case would be a useful addition for protecting your glasses. We have been able to identify your order details and can confirm that your return was received and refunded in line with our policy. Your prescription lenses were also returned to you at your request. Therefore, the suggestion that we refused your return is not an accurate reflection of how your case was handled.
The frame selected was not suitable for your required size. Frame measurements are clearly displayed on each product page, and our FitFinder tool is readily accessible to help customers identify frames that are likely to be a suitable fit before ordering.
Regarding your comments about the shade-changing lenses, we’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with their performance. As with any product concern, we would have been happy to investigate this for you had the issue been raised with us.
We’re therefore disappointed to see the experience described in this way, particularly as your return was accepted, your refund was processed and your lenses were returned to you as requested. We always aim to treat our customers fairly and resolve any genuine concerns where possible.

Decent glasses quick next day delivery…
Decent glasses quick next day delivery (extra charge) however the frames were a bit distorted. Upon calling for advice I heated the frames with a hair dryer to reshape . Repeatedly but hasn’t worked. Will be returning them for the supplier to correct. Which I’m sure they will be able to do a better job than myself.

Poor quality frame and fitting. Received with bent arms and one of the lenses loose.
Great for when you need glasses quick but I had to pay 20 extra for the next day delivery so overall a disappointing purchase for the level of quality you get.

Exceptional quality service
When I needed help after breaking my glasses, Direct Sight were fantastic, providing advice out of hours and turning around a repair within 24 hours, even though I have a complicated prescription.
I have used other online glasses companies but have found Direct Sight to be the best in terms of quality, service and price. Most companies would have charged a small fortune for this service but Direct Sight did not. Thanks to Maria :-)
