The second pair is currently outstanding as we’re awaiting stock replenishment of the frame you selected. As soon as the frame is back in stock, we’ll proceed with assembly and dispatch.
Where multiple orders are placed, we dispatch them separately, so if one order is ready before the other, it can be sent without unnecessary delay. We apologise that the second pair has been delayed while we await the frame and appreciate your patience.

Got to be honest didn't expect their…
Got to be honest didn't expect their customer experience to be so awful! Returned glasses and was refused a refund! And the way this was all handled was ridiculous. I ordered two pairs of glasses with different prescriptions and uploaded two files for each prescription however when I got the confirmation email I saw there was only one prescription attached and the other showed no prescription uploaded(which there was no option to have no prescription added) I emailed confirming they had both prescriptions they did not and asked me to resend the correct prescription for the 2nd pair which I did. They then sent an email saying the one pair was on hold followed by saying it was corrected and had a new shipping number. When the glasses arrived the prescription was still wrong so I contacted them immediately and they said if I returned them I could have them replaced or refunded. I sent them back and asked for a refund as at this point it had been two weeks and I had got another pair of glasses elsewhere at which point they REFUSED a refund AFTER I sent back the glasses claiming they sent two pairs of the wrong prescription and the corrected prescription however the tracking number showed two pictures of the same box I received with the two different glasses I ordered not the third pair they supposedly sent. There had also been no prior mention of the extra pair being sent and their online policy states they send replacement on receiving the first pair back which was impossible. Eventually after being refused a refund even after explaining the situation and the ridiculousness of the situation I spoke to someone who offered a replacement pair which I didn't want but I wanted something to show for the £50 spent so I accepted and this the only reason for the 2nd star.
Edit - to confirm I was told both glasses were in the same parcel however when received there was only one pair in each parcel as the parcels were small and clearly only designed to fit one pair. I was given no evidence a 2nd pair was made when I reported the issue with the prescription and until I tried returning my initial pair I was not told of any 2nd pair being made correctly. They claimed there was an outstanding pair yet eventually made a replacement pair proving to me they lied and simply did not wish to give me a refund and would rather ship the pair they were supposed to have shipped in the first place. I would like to add as well I thought it very shady trying to claim they put two glasses in one box as they had three different shipping numbers but a picture of only two boxes being delivered to all three shipping numbers. I have since seen other reviews from people who were refused refunds so I'm clearly not the only one to have experienced this. If you need next day glasses I would suggest going elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to explain your experience. We have reviewed the order history and correspondence and would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your order.
Both pairs were initially manufactured to the same prescription and were dispatched together in the same parcel.
You subsequently contacted our Customer Service Team via LiveChat to identify the error. The affected pair was then remade to the correct prescription using the prescription provided to us, with the correctly manufactured replacement pair was dispatched separately under a separate tracking number. Our records confirm that this replacement was delivered to your address.
When we received the glasses you returned, we inspected them and confirmed that they were the original 'Otto' glasses manufactured with the incorrect prescription. Our records therefore show that the correctly manufactured replacement pair remains outstanding and has not been returned to us.
We appreciate that the circumstances surrounding the two dispatches and tracking numbers may have caused confusion. However, as the correctly manufactured replacement pair was dispatched and confirmed as delivered, we were unable to process a refund while that pair remains with you.
We are sorry that this situation has caused frustration and that you were unhappy with how it was handled. We have nevertheless made every effort to rectify the original manufacturing error by producing and dispatching the correct replacement pair.

Great value quality service easy process
Easy process to order glasses and so much cheaper than high street. Plastic frames seem study and fitted well. Lens quality great. Not sure what I would do if did need adjusting. Picture of frames fairly accurate and if had time whether to order several frames to view and then sent back as there is refund on frames and not lenses. Little surprise at poor quality of packaging glasses sent in, but no damage to mine as commented on in other reviews. Quick service 7 days. Did not pay extra.
