Reasonably quick, Reasonably cheap. Only losing stars (and custom) because when I tried to go back to order a second pair the website would not accept my password and despite requesting a reset email multiple times nothing has ever come through meaning I have gone elsewhere instead (no they aren't in the spam folder).

I ordered glasses last week, paying for express processing and delivery.
When they did not turn up I contacted the company to be told that there was an issue at the lab and would be with me in another few days. A few days later they incorrectly cancelled my order and then asked me to re-process the order myself, all while holding on to my money I paid for the first pair
Customer services were not helpful at all - I was not able to get through on the phone, and email responses were repetitive, without any form of suggested resolution to my issue.
At this point, a pair of glasses I paid for and should have received a week ago has not turned up and no refund either. I am not impressed!

I ordered glasses reglazing, and paid extra for sunglasses lenses.

They where 3 weeks late vs what the shipment email said, and arrived with CLEAR lenses

Then they asked me to send them back, and they will “check” vs what I ordered as if I was lying

They later sent them back, with RED lenses, that look nothing like the colour on the website. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Will not use them again. Buy cheap buy twice.
- long delivery
- no communication unless you email first
- lenses do not fit the frame properly on the sunglasses
- both my glasses and sunglasses came through with wonky arms

Do not keep to their promies on delivery time, then send the WRONG frames, then do nothing about it. Terrible customer service, and lack of interest in putting things right.

I ordered new frames plus lenses as my lenses is very good but very awkward when I found these I was very over the moon the customer service agent was very handy n very fast to quick responses I will recommended 5 stars to the company if I can another 5 stars I will be returning soon get another glasses

I recently sent a faulty pair of prescription sunglasses back for replacement rather than a refund. The lens was loose and fell out.
Response from customer service was quick and refund for postage paid as soon as package received.
However when I received the glasses in the post they were clearly the same pair with the lens just popped back in.
The frame still creaks and the lens is still a poor fit so I’ll see how long they last before losing the lens again.
If they fail again I’ll ask for a refund, which I wish I’d gone for in the first place.

It's been 3 months since my order and I want to say that it was fantastic from start to finish. Really good quality glasses, assembled and sent from right here in Kent UK.
I would not hesitate to recommend (and had several times since) and will definitely return to purchase glasses again.

I was sceptical about the next day service I'd paid extra for, especially when I got a message telling me the delivery might be a day later. But it wasn't - the glasses turned up next day and the prescription was correct.

So disappointed with the help and service - I have been a customer for many years - problem free! Once again the glasses are great. When checking my order I had ordered 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses by mistake. I asked for help on the website immediately but when home I checked again asking to cancel one pair. I got no help at all and my glasses were 'in production' - 3 weeks later 2 pairs arrived. - my years as a loyal and happy customer meant nothing!

Absolutely horrendous company. ordered glasses. very simple prescription. with blue light lenses.
It has now been 4 weeks since ive ordered them. with no idea where they are.
ive emailed 3 separate times and was told “we will ask production” and then heard nothing back. Absolutely
They claim 3-7 working days. its more 3-7 working weeks.
Cant comment on the quality of the glasses unfortunately

Built for speed. Nothing fancy. Ordered and delivered the next day. I was gobsmacked that it could be done so quickly.

Customer service isn’t helpful, if you like not having updates on your order unless you chase and want to wait longer then competitors then choose direct sight. Emailed me to say my glasses were going to be dispatched on the 27th so when I emailed on the 28th asking for a tracking number I get a reply saying it won’t be sent till next week. Will never recommend a company that cannot admit they have made a mistake and instead just repeatedly state that production could take up to 10 days after them sending an a email saying it was due to be dispatched the day after the email.

Received the glasses but the arm has no pin in it to keep it in place, you still have to pay to return even though the product was received faulty, a hidden charge returns on faulty goods should at least be free post

Had to return spectacles, blurred vision. Came back with new lenses, excellent vision. And delivered within 24 hours of receiving. No hassle. Big thanks to them and would recommend Direct Sight.
