The prices are good, sales person good but i feel misled. He over-promised to get the sale, then didn't follow through getting back to me on issues important to me. Our hearing aids are not locked, the manufacturer warranty is valid internationally, and all programming and ongoing service is provided through remote care. We do not have affiliated service centers in Bangkok, and there was no discussion or request regarding setting up care with a local provider there. If there was any misunderstanding, we sincerely apologize.
After your devices were delivered, we personally called on February 3rd and February 4th and left voicemails to schedule your first fitting appointment. We did not hear back until February 10th. There was no intention of not following up.
Your 45-Day Money Back Guarantee is absolutely valid, and we will honor it if that’s the direction you choose. That said, we would truly appreciate the opportunity to connect and clear up any confusion so you can feel confident in your decision.

Three phone calls to get the part ordered that I needed.
I called and left a message with the technical services. No one returned my call. After two days I called again and got a technician. He told me I may just need a wire and speaker assembly took information and had me send a picture of the earpiece. But he never sent an email with the ordering information. Two days later I called a third time this time I had the technician take my credit card information over the phone about five days later I received the past I needed and was able to repair my hearing aid myself.
