Called to cancel my policy and take out a new one as I had already made changes previously , a new policy extended my terms back to 3 yrs,

Great product at a very competitive price. It’s one of Autotrader Magazines highly recommended buys. I couldn’t complete the purchase online, and the Lady I spoke to in the office was excellent. Courteous, knowledgable and efficient. Highly recommended.

I spoke to a customer service lady called Tracy and she was a really lovely helpful lady
I spoke to a customer service lady named Tracy Wardell . Who was a really lovely lady who was very patient with me and so very helpful and polite but jolly as well which helped me understand the policy and the price of the policy and how I could pay it and asked if I understood it and did i have any questions about the policy .

Great customer service
Diane in customer care was yet again a superstar with helping me sort out another policy. She really shines when it comes to customer service. I always use Direct Gap for new cars - they’ve never let me down.
