Cartoonish lenses. They do not look like how they're advertised at all.

I’ll take the loss of spending almost 80 EUR on this company as they do not care about their customers. However, it is my right to leave my honest review and I would advise anyone else from buying here as their lenses look and feel terrible.

They do not blend in with your iris as stated, and definitely do not look like their product pictures at all. In real life they look like lizard eyes and hurt your eyes extremely.

I wanted to reach out to share my experience with your contact lenses. I’ve been a contact lens wearer for over 20 years, and while I truly love the look and comfort of Desio lenses, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with their durability.

Most recently, a 3-month supply I started using on March 18th had to be replaced by April 12th. I opened a new pair that same day, and unfortunately, one of the lenses has already ripped. I handle all my lenses with extreme care and follow proper maintenance routines, so I’m quite certain this isn’t due to mishandling.

If you review my order history, you’ll see I’ve been a loyal customer and have purchased quite a few lenses over the past year. This ongoing issue has not only been disappointing but has also felt like a financial loss, as the lenses don’t seem to last nearly as long as they’re intended to.

I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that the quality and longevity of the lenses can be improved. I truly love your brand and want to continue using your products, but I do believe this issue needs attention.

I don’t know how to express my appreciation, respect, loyalty and love to this professional company and extraordinary quality of this brand. The contact lenses (desio) are soooo comfy and the colors are amazing, i never feel them during the day and by the way i wear them for more than 8 hours (from 5am to 12am) and never ever caused any irritation or pain or foggy vision. It have been 5 years now dealing with this company and their professional team who always been there for me whenever i ask for help, professionalism is made for their team and they reflect it very well. One more info about me i tried alot of brands and never seen a good quality like this one and again never find sooo professional team like Desio’s.

I love these contacts and have been using them for years now, however the last batch I got had the worst quality. These are supposed to last 3 months per pair, however they irritated my eyes so much that each pair lasted me a month. I had purchased 4 total pairs and after one month each pair started causing severe dryness and redness that I had to throw them out.

OMG THESE LENSES ARE PERFECT!!! I have medium brown eyes and I purchased the Rebel Gray color and they cover my color so well and look so natural. Also extremly comfortable, can't even feel them. And their customer support is awesome. I accidentally put my incomplete shipping address and they were able to help me in under 10 minutes. THANK YOU DESIO!

L'attente à été longue mais c'est ce qui est annoncé au départ donc j'ai patienté et j'avais hâte de recevoir ma commande..
Cependant une fois reçu je m'empresse de les porter et là catastrophe la couleur n'a absolument rien avoir avec ce que j'ai commandé au lieu d'un marron je me retrouve avec une couleur comme un gris clair qui fait pas naturel dutout et en plus très inconfortable la sensation d'avoir du sable dans les yeux on les sents très fortement j'ai comme une gêne je suis déçu je ne sais pas comment faire je me retrouve avec des lentilles que je ne peux pas porter car elle ne corresponde pas à la couleur que j'ai choisi je suis dégoûtée

Sono cliente Desio dal 2014 e ho sempre approfittato delle promo 3x2 per avere una copertura di lenti colorate quasi annuale, acquistando le trimestrali. Ora mi trovo che non acquistando da un anno circa non ricevo più la newsletter alla mia mail registrata per cui sono stata estromessa dalle eventuali promo e alla richiesta al servizio clienti se sono in programma promo future, visto che sapevo per certo che una di queste cadeva a S.Valentino per esempio, mi viene risposto come se questa modalità di vendita fosse a loro totalmente sconosciuta. Riporto qui di seguito la risposta con addirittura i punti interrogativi " no, we don't have any promotion 3x2 (??), sorry". Non ho quindi trovato alcun servigio da parte dell'operatrice alla mia richiesta del come mai non ricevessi più le newsletter, ne un tentativo volto a verificare il perché del disguido, anzi mi è stato risposto che è un problema mio verificare la ricezione della mail, cosa che avevo già fatto, oltre che incompetenza sul tema delle promozioni.

Im finding the lens are splitting after a week of wearing but love the colours

I got the lenses in charming green. Waste of money, and they’re not cheap. They look ridiculously unnatural, lizard like. They look nothing like the photos. And the lens itself is huge, so it’s going outside my iris by a lot, which has never happened with other brands. Since they don’t accept refunds for that all that’s left to do is throw them in the trash.

Great lenses, very comfortable, beautiful colors! Innocent White and Irresistible Blue are my favorite :)

I ordered Wild Green and they look absolutely nothing like in the photos. They look really yellow and unnatural. I was very disappointed, especially after waiting nearly 2 months for their delivery. 😢

Great price for the product. Wish I had chosen the òther green color that was listed though. The one I ended up with has a tinge of yellow in it and I don't understand why 20+ lens cases came with my order I only needed 1 case, not sure what to do with them all might just donate it to Goodwill
