Josh was amazing from my first point of contact, with calls and emails answered straight away and any questions he was there and couldn’t be more professional or helpful.
Anything I needed, he was there and offered to set up the car, went out his way to tax the car at the post office, and was extremely helpful, polite and stress free! Service has been fantastic and I will recommend to everyone! Love my car !!! Thanks Josh for all your help and your customer service !!

Josh was super welcoming and helpful when we needed to get a new Fiat. Helped me understand all the new updates to the new models with a smile on his face the whole time.

Dave spent time listening to my list of requirements and giving his expert advice and guidance. Dave showed me other models of the car I liked from the different days garages explaining he could have any car brought to hwest for me to try. After 2 visits with Dave he identified a car that met my brief for make, model and price which was great. Throughout the whole process Dave was helpful, professional and understanding.

I have never bought a car from a company before and was a little uncomfortable in doing so.But the car I was looking for ticked all the right boxes so I made an enquiry.
At no time did I feel pressured to make my decision.
All I received was honest open appropriate communication with the sales advisor Josh.
Each step was thoroughly explained,and I was given time to read/reply to emails.
Josh was extremely patient and understood I was a little time bound with work for my replies.

The car was delivered all the way from Swansea, and the driver very kindly took time to explain some details.
My whole experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this company.

We were extremely disappointed with the way Days handled the return of a vehicle following a bereavement. The process felt rushed, lacked transparency, and showed little compassion. Communication was poor, and important documentation was never provided despite repeated requests. Not what we expected from a professional dealership in plasmarl

I recently needed to replace my Ford Fiesta - I was helped by Dave Hanney in Haverfordwest. He located a car in Swansea with a very low mileage - he arranged for it to be brought down for a test drive and I am very happy with it. Dave made the process of changing my car very smooth. Great customer service from Dave Hanney (Day’s Haverfordwest) today. Decided to test drive a car I had seen online on Monday. Dave was really helpful and got the car ready for me to pick up within a couple of days. Part exchange was straightforward. Explained all the paperwork clearly. Dave very patiently sat in the car with me to show me how everything works, helped me pair my phone up to the car too and answered all my questions. Thanks so much. Would definitely recommend.

My husband attended Garngoch where he had 2 new tyres fitted to the front of our car, M999 MHJ. The first issue was that the locking wheel nut was not returned necessitating him going back to collect it. The second more serious issue was that a month later whilst towing our caravan the wheel came off the car causing damage to the wing and severing one of the wheel nuts. I would not advise using this service.
