I have been looking to purchase a new car for a little while now but couldn't decide what I wanted! Visited Days in Haverfordwest and narrowed down my choice of 2 cars I liked!

Great experience !
I was looking for a used car for several weeks before I went to days in Llansamlet and met Josh. Instantly knew I would prefer to buy a car from him than anyone else, he was so relaxed and there was no pressure applied, just really helpful and willing to do whatever we needed to make sure we were making the right choice. I made a decision to buy a car from him in less than 30 minutes and am really pleased I did. Can’t recommend days fiat in llansamlet high enough and in particular Josh as a salesman - follow up has been great too, no complaints at all :) Thank you Josh ! I love my car and will come back to you in the future !

We were looking for a small car for my elderly mum , we spoke with Josh who engaged perfectly with her put her at ease even on the test drive for which she was a little apprehensive . We have now purchased the vehicle and extremely happy. The service provided by Days and Joshua was very professional and friendly and we would certainly recommend.

Bought a new ford custom
Bought a new ford custom , not from Swansea but a ford dealership, had a few recalls, went to Swansea to sort out the issue and they were great, but then a software issue came up and it left me unable to adjust the temperature, fan speed, AC ,etc , the dealership said they would let me know, they have had no contact with me, driving the van is a nightmare and dangerous, Ford are better than this, I’ve driven them for 40 years, the new technology is a disaster 🙈

In response to your complaint raised I can confirm that the concerns are still under investigation with Ford Motor company engineering team.
I have attached the technical case notes for your information where you can see the latest update was 28th of April stating that we will receive a response once the software engineers have a solution.
My advice would be in the meantime for you to contact Ford customer relation centre on 02035644444 or your supplying dealer to see if they can assist you in the meantime.
As soon as we have a response from Ford Motor company a member of our team will advise you accordingly.

We were looking for a camper van ,Days advertise them on their site, we travelled from porthcawl to Swansea to see the campers as advertised to be told they have them at their other site across Swansea, we went to there other site to be told they are in haverford west. Nothing but a run around and a crap service.
