This summer, we found ourselves on holiday in Wales with two kids, three dogs, a roof box and a car that wouldn't work. We were lucky enough to be staying close to Days, Haverfordwest and the wonderful David Hanney was an absolute lifesaver. He could not have been more helpful, kind and empathetic. David helped us through what was a very stressful situation to get us a wonderful new car that meant we could enjoy our holiday and travel home safely. He even offered us a hire car until our new car was ready. David was just fantastic and we are delighted with our new car. Thank you, David.

Fast and great service from job, made picking & collecting the car simple and fast

Spotted the car of my dreams on the Day's website so contacted David Hanney and as I live on the other side of the country he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and to accommodate me during the purchase including moving the vehicle to another branch for free which helped massively on collection day. I travelled to Cardiff where I was met by Mike Sizer for the hand over who very kindly collected me from the train station ( on his day off!)
I am overjoyed with the car and the service I have received from Day's, my thanks to David and Mike for everything.

Due to my husband only being home on weekends it took a few weeks to sort things out. He was very patient with us. When I had question about the car and he couldn't let me know straight away he said he would find out and within 10 minutes he phoned me back with the answer. Excellent customer service from first seeing the car to test driving it and finally picking the car up.

Josh in llansamlet branch was very polite, professional and patient. I wanted to buy an automatic and had never driven one before. I was quite nervous but he explained everything thoroughly making sure i was confident to take the car for a test drive. He was very thorough talking me through the various controls and features that the car had. The car was ready a few days later and the purchasing process was very quick and straightforward. He arranged the tax & insurance for me to get home and also the signing over of my old car to them. I would highly recommend him, he was knowledgable and answered any questions or concerns i had, and importantly he wasnt pushy as some sales people can be. A very happy customer.

I have bought a car from Days at Haverfordwest Motorpark and Dave Hanney has made it so easy and stress free. He is knowledgeable, helpful, very calm and not at all pushy. The test drive was relaxed and I felt comfortable at all times. I cannot thank him enough for making what could have been a difficult experience so pleasant.
