Dave Hanney - Best car salesman in Wales. He has sorted a car out for myself and one for my husband in the last few days. I could not have asked for a better or more professional experience. Due to other commitments, Dave ensured I was able to get everything arranged so quickly to be able to drive my new car away. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone. Dave, thank you very much. David Hanney was fantastic, couldn’t fault anything! I viewed a car from another depot and Dave brought it down to the local depot for me to test drive and view. I purchased the car and was kept up to date throughout, also ordering a tyre changing kit that was missing from the car!

Changing cars is always stressful. Following a depressing but thankfully brief brush with a local dealer who tried to rip me off, I found my way to Dave Hanney at Day's in Haverfordwest. It was such a relief to be talking to someone who believes in looking after his customers. Immediately offered a test drive in the vehicle that interested me, shared his computer screen so that I could see what he could see....valuation for part-ex lining up with what I had received from Autotrader, which gave me still more confidence. I'll be going back to Dave when I need to change again.

Dave Hanney at Haverfordwest was great, he brought the car down from another depot, then brought it to our home for us to test drive, arranged for a tow bar to be fitted and sorted our the private number plate. I would recommend Dave and will be sending friends and family his way in the future.

Dave in the Haverfordwest branch was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He prioritised being transparent and talked me through the whole process. From discussing with Dave on Friday to collecting my keys on Wednesday, I cannot fault him nor Andy or the branch, nothing is too much and they are quick with responses to keep your mind at ease!! I don’t think I’ll be buying another car anytime soon as in love with my MG but I will definitely be recommending Dave to others !

Excellent customer service at days Haverfordwest! My CEO went down for a new car firstly , I was looking but not seriously, until my car decided to give up the ghost completely!! Dave was super helpful, found a car within my initial budget, no pressure at all and very understanding. Walked away at first as I wasn’t totally sold on the car, (nothing wrong with it, just personal preference) went back the next day with my partner, a new budget and found my new car! Excited was an understatement, Dave and Andy turned it all around for me within 3 days! Even the after care has been fabulous! Ps the boss’s car is a bit of alright too! Thanks days at Haverfordwest, you will have my returning trade for sure!

Utmost compliments to Josh at Day’s Motorpark Llansamlet, I traded in my gorgeous 2021 Tesla 3 for a superb X Demo Fiat 500 Electric, what a find thanks to the guidance of Josh, no pressure the whole process happened during the afternoon, remained open after hours to complete…professional & courteous until the last minute. Highly recommend their dealership & ways of dealing with new customers. Best of success, well deserved!

Dave was brilliant, i drove to Haverfordwest from Swansea to test drive a vehicle, within 3 days i went to pick the car up with everything all ready to go! Not necessarily in the market for a new car, we stumbled across something that simply caught our attention. From my initial request to test drive through to picking up the car in under a week, I genuinely couldn’t fault Dave at Haverfordwest. It’s clear to see why he’s been in the trade as long as he has—his customer service is excellent. No pushy sales patter, just straightforward, down-to-earth conversation. I’d highly recommend and will definitely keep his number handy in case something else pops up again.

I needed to get a new car after only having my last a year. Dave was very helpful and sorted out all the finance for me and made the experience simple and carefree.

Very poor service from Days Peugeot at Llansamlet. Car was booked in I made arrangements for a driver to collect me and return me home. Car was taking to the garage for the work to be carried out only to be told that they do not have the parts, there was no attempt to contact me before hand to cancel my appointment, wasted day and expense for arranging a driver.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about my disappointing experience at C.E.M Days. Just to clarify, it wasn’t the Plasmarl branch; it was actually the Llansamlet branch. I didn’t receive any phone call or text, so I’m puzzled as to why you mentioned that. If I had known about the cancellation ahead of time, I wouldn’t have left such a negative review for C.E.M Days.

When I booked my appointment for the work to be done, I asked if a courtesy car could be provided since my vehicle is a Motability car, and it would be tough for me to wait at the garage for several hours. Unfortunately, my request was declined.

After this incident, a representative from C.E.M Days called me to apologise for not reaching out sooner to cancel my appointment, and they assured me that this kind of situation shouldn’t occur.

It’s unfortunate that this happened, but I’ve found another Peugeot dealer in Bridgend where I’ve arranged to have the work done, and they’ve offered me a courtesy car while it’s being serviced

Dave was excellent! Me and my family visited the Havefordwest branch for a new car following my old one breaking down (BMW, different supplier) and Dave went out of his way to make sure we were happy, even our relentless 4-year old chatterbox. Absolutely assured we wouldn't be in a similar position with the new car because of the level of detail he went into regarding the car's history, we know we have a good car and an amazing deal. Couldn't recommend Dave or Day's more. Thank you.

My dealings with the company in general and with the sales rep Josh Jones in particular (Llansamlet branch) were a pure delight. Helpful, patient and very relaxed with no sales pressure.
