Booked a test drive during the VIP launch of the new Chery range in Swansea. We’d done plenty of research beforehand, and the cars lived up to the reviews. We were genuinely impressed — not just with the vehicle, but with the service from Josh Jones.

With the brand being so new, his knowledge stood out. He took the time to walk us through the features and technology you’d usually only expect from higher-end brands with much higher price tags.

Even after we purchased and drove the car home, Josh has been available for any follow-up questions and has checked in to make sure everything’s going smoothly.

When our Citroen C3 Picasso died (cambelt) we were left with the daunting prospect of buying a new car. We were cautious as we were under the impression that salespeople would be pushy and try to force us into buying a car. We looked at a few garages in Haverfordwest and they were all good and the salespeople were respectful. We thought we would have a look at Day's Motorpark before we drove to Swansea and we were so glad we did.
As we started to wander around Dave Hanney wandered over to ask if we needed help or were we just browsing, we let him know we were currently browsing and he just let us know that if we wanted to look at any car to give him a shout. When we wanted to look at a car that was of interest he unlocked it and let us look around without hovering over us. He invited us into the office and told us everything he could about the cars history, all the time no pressure. He brought the car to the office put us on temporary insurance and let us and our daughter go out to test drive the car. When we got back he again left us to talk and just let us know that when we were ready he was in the office.
From start to finish he has been kind, engaging and personable. There was not even pressure sales for the warranty and Diamondbrite protection, we did decide ourselves to go with both to ensure we had peace of mind. Dave treats his customers with respect and understands that will generate sales, and return business and further recommendations. Dave has made the entire process as painless as possible and we now have a car that we are over the moon with, that was fairly priced at the mid range of average price for cars of this type and milage.

My previous car had broken down on the A48 I’d been stressing non stop about sorting it out or getting a new car, I went up to Day’s just to have a look round when I saw the car I know own. I recently bought a Nissan Qashqai from Days and was looked after by Josh, I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. He has a perfect balance as a salesperson, not too pushy, just genuinely focused on helping find what’s right for you.
