Found ourselves back at Days Haverfordwest when we wanted to change our car. We have always dealt with Dave Hanney always very helpful, knowledgeable and never pushy. The part exchange was very easy and paperwork all ready and done for us for the pick up. Thank you again Dave always first class service from you.

We’ve just purchased a Chery Tiggo 7 from Days/Chery Haverfordwest.
We cannot praise the Haverfordwest Chery Team Highly enough, our special thanks go to Jake, Chery Sales Executive at Haverfordwest.
He was a fine Ambassador for Days and the Chery brand.
It was by far the best experience of buying a vehicle that we have ever had(I’ve owned over 100 cars over the )

The most horrendous experience ever…
The most horrendous experience I have ever had in my life.
100% stay away from this company. I bought a vauxhall crossland from the cardiff branch in April 2025. I started have issues with the vehicle around 5 and half months, it was going into limp mode every time I drove it on a dual carriageway. I paid to have the wet belt changed due to the advice of a mechanic and the car was coming upto 70k miles. As it turns out the car was fitted with a standard battery and not a agm battery for the stop/start system to work, also the spark plugs were changed as they were the original spark plugs, although the service history states different. I rang days in cardiff and it was agreed by the manager Tim oleary that he would have a look at the car and that it would be sent to a vauxhall main dealer. This was not done and I was informed that it was an injector failure which had been changed in house at cardiff. So I had the car back and 3 weeks later the same issue was happening. So again I took it back to days. After 8 weeks I had a phone call to say the car is irreparable and they were going to over me another car. So I went down there I was offered a car which I wouldn't pick if I was looking for a new car. I was refused a refund as it was over the initial time period. I explained what I would have liked. In the end I found a sub standard car to which I had to extra towards. I wasn't happy with this as I was already put of pocket by 1k for the repairs on the crossland. So I agreed to pay the extra in the end. When I got down to Cardiff the price had increased by an £210 which was not initially agreed. I could not prove this as it was done via phonecall. So they lied. When challenged on this the manager was very abrupt, rude and intimating. He refused me the right to have the courtesy car back and stated I could have my crossland back, with no mot or repaired. Which is illegal. In the end I paid the difference as after 5 months I wasn't getting anywhere. I wouldn't go anywhere near them in the future they're nothing but lying, scamming scumbags

I recently purchased a car and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. The salesman Josh Jones was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured — every question I had was answered clearly, and all options were explained in a way that made me feel confident in my decision.

This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from Day's but this is the first from the new Chery franchise. Josh and Tim were both excellent at communicating throughout the whole process, keeping me informed and updated along the way.
Once the car was delivered to them, their comprehension of the customer's excitement and anticipation of getting a new car meant it was inspected and prepared ready for collection both thoroughly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend paying them a visit when in the market for a new vehicle. I am both delighted with my new Tiggo 7 and the excellent customer service I received from the whole team. A well deserved 5 stars from me.

We knew who we were meeting up with as we made an appointment over the phone.
The team were quite busy, it was the week before Christmas, but we were made to feel welcome and comfortable as we waited for our sales person, Dave Hanney, to finish with his customer.
We didn’t mind as good customer service should not be rushed, Dave introduced himself and explained that he would be with us as soon as possible, offering refreshments while we waited.
We didn’t have a long wait, when Dave returned he was professional and friendly. We were looking to purchase a camper van but needed advise as to the best van to buy to suit our lifestyle and budget. Dave was well informed and put us at ease with his knowledge base, he talked us through each of the options, answered all our questions and made important observations as he got to know us better. This also included discussing our expectations to ensure a perfect choice.
At all time we felt listened to, but not pressured. As a result we are thrilled with our purchase. Dave couldn’t have done more, he helped us through the process of changing registrations, services, etc and we would recommend him and his team to anybody.
