I found the customer service…excellent
I found the customer service representative to be extremely helpful recently with some queries that I had to try and resolve. In particular Saran and Taya who went above and beyond to help me. It was such a refreshing change as most companies I deal with these days you have to hang on the phone for ages and when you do get through you don’t seem to get anywhere but I got through to Sarah quickly and she was fantastic. She made sure that my query was dealt with quickly and explained everything we had discussed to Taya so that she could then assist with the query. Everything is now resolved with the help of these two ladies so would just like to send my appreciation and thanks.

Great Customer Service
We have had a few issues with moving over to a new account so I called customer service. Had a call with Sara who listened to all of the issues, gave good feedback and dealt with all the issues that I presented within the day. I also had email feedback on what was discussed immediately after the call and then again updating me with resolutions the day after once it was resolved. Cracking service, thanks Sara

Genuinely kind and helpful support
I have to say, it’s lovely when you get off the phone muttering to yourself, “what a lovely girl.”
Chloe was genuinely lovely - not just dealing efficiently with the admin and billing issue, but also taking a real interest in the situation itself. It felt like speaking to an actual human being rather than just being processed through a system.
A really positive and reassuring experience.
