I found the customer service…excellent
I found the customer service representative to be extremely helpful recently with some queries that I had to try and resolve. In particular Saran and Taya who went above and beyond to help me. It was such a refreshing change as most companies I deal with these days you have to hang on the phone for ages and when you do get through you don’t seem to get anywhere but I got through to Sarah quickly and she was fantastic. She made sure that my query was dealt with quickly and explained everything we had discussed to Taya so that she could then assist with the query. Everything is now resolved with the help of these two ladies so would just like to send my appreciation and thanks.

Great Customer Service
We have had a few issues with moving over to a new account so I called customer service. Had a call with Sara who listened to all of the issues, gave good feedback and dealt with all the issues that I presented within the day. Please note we are third-party metering and billing agent appointed by the managing agents of your building, who act on behalf of the building owner (your heat supplier).
The admin charge is a fixed daily rate set as part of the development’s tariff by the supplier, in coordination with the managing agents. This charge applies regardless of individual consumption, as it covers essential metering, billing, and customer support services that must be in place for the entire development at all times. Some of the services typically included in the admin fee are:
- Secure storage of metering data for billing purposes (including generating estimates where required)
- Issuing and managing billing statements in line with the building’s agreed billing frequency and any account or development-level updates
- Providing multiple payment options, including Direct Debit, BACS, PayPoint, phone, and online channels
- Securely holding and reconciling payments
- Debt management and reporting to managing agents (which can vary in complexity and cost)
- Customer support via phone, live chat, and email
- Maintaining the online customer portal for usage monitoring, bills, and payment management, with ongoing development for customer benefit
In some cases, the admin fee may also cover additional services such as tariff reviews or administrative costs linked to historic debt recovery.
We’re not able to amend or remove this charge, but all tariffs are reviewed at the end of their term and any changes are communicated to residents.

Genuinely kind and helpful support
I have to say, it’s lovely when you get off the phone muttering to yourself, “what a lovely girl.”
