I recently contacted customer support regarding an issue with my district heating and hot water billing. I had the pleasure of speaking with Taya, and I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism and kindness.
She patiently answered all of my questions in detail and made sure I fully understood the situation. What stood out the most was how proactive she was — she not only clarified the issue but also provided several practical options to help resolve the billing matter.

This company has been forced on us by our landlord. We had nothong bit issues since. First, no bill for 8 months, then asked to pay £500. Then, 4 tariff changes in 2 years, sometimes with charges more than doubling. After that, no bills for two months, no notices or anything. And now, I receive a bill for £1500 because apparently or heat meter was quarantined but we did not know that. One day, it magically worked and they decided to reissue all my bills for the first year, escaping the 12 months rules on bills. And today, yet another bill for nearly £ 100 more than what i paid two months ago!You cannot plan or budget with them. This is extorsion as you have no way to leave unless moving out. Absolutely appalling.
