nothing solved. I keep receiving again and again the same message forwarding me to an article which solved nothing. Impossible to talk to a human. I did not manage to pay my bill. Horrible experience very frustating.

To help manage the volume of queries we are receiving, when starting a live chat, our AI adviser, Eden, suggests articles based on your query that may be helpful. Once you request to speak with an adviser and submit your details, you are placed in the queue to be connected to our Customer Care team - we aim to pick up new chats within 10 minutes. While waiting, Eden may also direct you to our FAQ page for quick guidance, but this does not replace speaking with a member of our team.
We have reviewed your interaction and can see that your live chat was picked up within 2 minutes of submitting your details to be connected to our Customer Care team. Our adviser began assisting you with making an international payment by providing the relevant bank details. When you indicated that you preferred to pay online, they followed up to guide you further, but we then stopped receiving responses. After checking in several times without a reply, the chat was closed after 15 minutes so the adviser could support other customers in the queue.
We understand your concern about not being able to resolve the issue during your live chat, however, this was not due to a lack of access to a member of our Customer Care team. They have since reached out again to assist further. We hope this follow-up helps clarify things and improves your experience going forward.

They don't answer the telephone at all…
They don't answer the telephone at all (or are exceptionally slow!). I waited 30+ minutes on the phone and moved from queue position 3 to position 1 in that time.
I gave up and started using the Live Chat function - painful to get past AI bots and actually talk to a real operator. However once I did - Taya did a great job and sorted things quickly. Very efficient.
It's just annoying when companies don't allow their staff to speak on the phone and action things quickly that way but will have plenty of them on computers to do the exact same thing.
No fault to Taya she was great - but I wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to get through to someone for a simple administrative issue that took minutes to flag and fix.
