I ordered a pair of trousers from Dai on 18th November and returned them immediately as they did not fit.
I have had no confirmation from Dai regarding receipt of this returned order and no credit...... I am still waiting.

Pants great, t shirt needs work
The pants are great. The white t shirts are too sheer for me. The collar where the fabric is doubled looks whiter and stands out next to the body of the shirt where the fabric is more sheer

Pants have a wonderful fit & I love the fabric. There is some ‘bunching’ at the knee - pants don’t hang straight when walking. Broken fat knees is not a great look.

sadly poor quality as such a lovely jumper.
Second time I wore my cashmere rollneck, neck came away from the body leaving a hole and a run in the front of the jumper, for such an expensive jumper this I feel is unexceptable, I messaged Dai customer service, no phone line available, still have not received a reply, what poor service, I am afraid I will not buy from this company again, nor will I recommend it, wasn’t going to write a bad review but unfortunately Dai have left me no alternative.

Quality, comfort, service
My third Dai shirt. I have similar products from less expensive mainstream brands. Dai fabric is better, the detailing is superior and the need for steaming minimal. A saviour for the business traveller.

Brand is a liar. Products not petite-friendly.
Brand is a liar: their clothes that are marked petite-friendly are not at all. Also, returns aren’t great. There’s no easy standardised return experience in the website. They don’t make it easy. You have to go through the Royal Mail website instead.

I am so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our products. We provide a free hemming service which allows our customers to shorten our trousers to desired length. We understand it is not just about the length hence we are working hard on our upcoming petite collections as we completely understand the frustrations.
We have also improved our return service to a more seamless experience, it is more convenient and a lot quicker now. Thank you so much for your suggestions and we are currently taking steps internally to improve our products and services.

The lady at the store was not helpful…
The lady at the store was not helpful in choosing what to buy. (but I did buy)
I have requested to resize my trousers to shorten a little. She did not explain how I will receive the notice when its done and how it will be delivered, until I once walked out of the store, but get back to the store to clarify. 2 weeks has passed but not heard anything from the store. The phone number of the store is not available online so I cannot call them. Awaiting for the customer center to reply to my email...

The clothes didn’t fit how I wanted…
The clothes didn’t fit how I wanted them to, but the service couldn’t be faulted. I ordered the items, they arrived perfectly packaged the next day, then when I realised I wanted to return them, I could book (for free) someone to come and collect them from my house the day after. I have other clothes from Dai and they’re some of my favourite work clothes I own. Highly recommend.

Be wary of hype and do your research!
I didn't have too many issues with the customer service team as they did respond to me in a timely manner. However, I felt like their product quality was not up to the marketing hype. I bought a shirt and a pair of the power leggings. The shirt I have only worn once because it was not made for someone of short/chubby stature (it looked ridiculous), and the leggings I have worn multiple times. The leggings are comfortable, BUT they retain smell like nothing else. I use a deodorizer spray between washes, but it isn't enough. It also doesn't wash well (I use a detergent specific for sportswear).
Love the concept, but I am very hesitant to buy from them again.

Very poor experience
I've ordered from Dai before but sadly my last purchase was an expensive jacket. The material started to pull as soon as I wore it. I emailed the company about this and at first they said they would refund my money - pointing out that it was the actual fabric. I therefore emailed them back about returning it and since then despite emails have heard nothing further. I am very disappointed and would not publish a review like this unless I had tried to sort things out another way.
