Really disappointing customer service
Really disappointing customer service. I have ordered probably 8 pairs of trousers from them, and in the last order, they only shipped 2 of the 3 trousers. When I contacted them to say the third wasn't included, they tried to blame DPD for not shipping it, even though I received the parcel. I asked for them to ship a replacement, but they refused, saying they have to wait for DPD to respond. Every other company I've dealt with ships a replacement when there is some shipping issue, or simply take responsibility for forgetting something at the warehouse. Have had to take it up with my bank since they have refused to do anything to make it right.

Fits too large, quality not good
I bought 3 trousers ( power move / high power move and empire zip hem) but I am not impressed after all by the quality. It doesn’t fit properly at the waist especially after wearing it for one day and most of all the fabrics feels very synthetic, skin does not breath properly. I understand this is expected to be the case for easy to wear and not-to-be-ironed clothes but somehow I had high expectations given price point and reviews.

Impressive quality and great service
Simple and easy ordering and quick delivery. Appreciate the eco conscious packaging used also.
I've been on the search for a quality oversized shirt for a while and the daiwear relaxed shirt didn't disapoint. I'm looking forward to teaming it with the eco crew top for a smart casual look that only the quality of these pieces can help me to carry off!
I don't require full tailoring or suits for my work life so would love to see a wider range of key pieces to achieve the perfect smart casual look. Thanks again!

I have bought several pieces from this brand and so far I was very happy with the quality and fit. Unfortunately, I am having a bad experience with a return of a piece. DAI sent me the wrong size, which I sent back with the return label they sent me. DHL, the carrier, contacted me to let me know that the package was in UK customs because some fees were not paid. I have emailed DAI already twice without any response. There is no phone to speak with someone either. At this point I have not received a refund or the exchange for the correct size I ordered. Not sure if customer experience is better in the UK, but for US customers it is very frustrating. Maria Orozco, order US-1741 (Washington DC)

The overall experience isn't great but clothes are amazing
The clothes are amazing. However getting a response from customer services, including updates, or a refund isn't. Customer service reps are polite and pleasant. I've tried to initiate a refund but can't do it online. I've written twice now to customer service. No response. This isn't the first occasion I've had this issue. Again, the clothes are beautiful but too many other issues.

I have bought clothes from here before and I generally like the fabric and fit.

Returns process is unprofessional!
I got my items and decided that the clothes were not as I expected. Subsequently I then returned the items and have not received any confirmation or acknowledgment of the items being returned or a refund being processed which I find quite unprofessional.

This is my first purchase
This is my first purchase - the items are good quality but larger than expected and I am trying to return them to re-order. The returns portal does not recognise the order number. I have emailed several times, tried to contact online. The telephone number given for the shop is answered by unhelpful staff, who say they are an advertising company and can't help. What is going on here??

Nice idea, bad trousers
Concept is great, but unfortunately the leggings I bought (in store) are apparently too big. I avoided buying online for the first time, as £175 for leggings is a bit steep, even for a Lululemon addict. However, when trying on I was not advised that their trousers need to fit “very tight on the waist”, as later advised by customer service. What? For a company that praises itself for comfortable clothes, it’s a bit surprising that they should essentially dig in at the waist. Unfortunately I bought the pants that fit me in store - turns out they don’t fit after an hour of wear. I ended up presenting on stage with the crotch of these pants hanging ten centimeters below my actual crotch. Neither comfortable nor professional. When asking for advice, customer service offered me £25 and a discount of 15%. Nice, but I’m obviously never buying anything from them again. At this price, it would be great to get better advice pre sale and better care after it. Material is pleasant enough, but really really not worth the money.

We are incredibly sorry about your experience in store and with our customer service. Our leggings should fit snug and it can feel quite tight when you first put it on as the fabric wasn’t stretched/pulled after being sewn. We are so sorry for the mistake and the confusion made.

Impossible to process a return
Most of the clothes did not fit. I've tried for a week to process a return and the page won't allow me to. I've sent an email 4 days ago and am waiting for a response. I´ve never seen service this slow and have tried different computer/browsers to process a return.
