Fraud 100%
Fraud! Total scam avoidance at all costs. The ad says 100% free. I called in January to improve my CV. I filled out the CV by myself, then I was sent to pay 1.90 pounds. I paid this, but they kept my bank details and for four months stole 17.90 pounds from my card every month. Even if I didn't call them again. I didn't even sign any contract with them for the duration. They didn't even let me know when they stole the money and why, even if they had my email. I only found out on April 26 that they were deducting 17.90 from me every month. I contacted them and they told me that I have an agreement with them. But I didn't sign anything with them, and I only had one entry on their website. I told them in two days to return the money to my card again, otherwise I am suing them, because they were stealing the money from my account against my will. Be careful, it's a total scam!

I felt the marketing was misleading…
I felt the marketing was misleading saying the CV templates are free. But the CV is no use to me if I can't download it and save. That is when I was asked to submit a payment. I did in the end as lot of websites are the same. But the big disappointment was the fact I could only export 3 out of 15 templates into Word (editable format). The rest were PDF and the formatting was unacceptable, all over the place. I contacted the support team via chat. But then lost connection and even though they had my tel number and email address, they didn't get in touch to help me.

Tried to unsubscribe after £17.90 was taken from my account, having chosen a one off payment option.
Was told I had to answer questions before I would be ‘allowed’ unsubscribe, which I refused to do, to then have them threaten me that if I didn’t do as they say I would not be able to stop them taking monthly payments, so it was going to cost me!! At which point I told them that, what they are doing is theft, illegal and I CAN stop them by other means!!
Not nice people….don’t give them your money…
