Company refuses to remove stored credit card details
I discovered that this company is storing my credit card information without my consent. When I requested removal, they responded with incorrect instructions that do not exist in my account (“My Settings” / “Privacy” / “Delete Your Account” are not available). I simply want my credit card information permanently deleted, but they are not providing a valid or transparent way to do so. This raises serious privacy and security concerns.
