I had an issue with delivery address. Lynn was so helpful and sorted the issue straight away. She was friendly, helpful.

UPDATE - they replied to review but did not resolve when I followed up.

Avoid at all costs - do not expect help if product is faulty. Expensive and poor patient service.

I had a vape device prescribed to me earlier this year and despite the prohibitive cost (£66 for cartridge + £20 for vape battery + £20 for consultation) I decided to proceed. Despite limited use, the device collapsed and is now unusable after only 4 months of use.

I promptly reported this to the pharmacy customer service team who got me to fill out a lengthy report on the issues with the device, only to be told several weeks later that ‘their supplier’ rejects that it could possibly be faulty. At no point did they physically inspect it themselves and they did not offer to replace or refund. This is supposed to be a medical service not a business, how can there be no accountability for a patients’ access to a medical device?

Seek alternative providers, avoid curaleaf pharmacy.

Staff Molly, Alisha/Alicia I believe i’m unsure as it was a phone call and Julie were beyond helpful in assuring me about my delivery as I couldn’t access time slot and rearranged it for me.

I’ve been with Curaleaf for nearly two years and I’ve never had any problems and any queries and questions were dealt with within a couple of hours. Molly seems to be my Wonder Woman because she’s dealt with most of my communications so I give five stars to Molly.

Poor conduct male head pharmacist stopped my perception still valid sent ambulances multiple times to my home. When I needed them emergency services putting phone down on me blocked my phone when I was bleeding heavily internally no help please be careful they seem nice only to pull the rug from under you oh yeah I forgot the pipe though my stomach bag on leg doesn't disappear funnily enough neither does my wheelchair really let down and disappointed wouldn't recommend gaslighting me is horrible

Waited nearly 2 weeks for my vape pod now as they sent me a faulty pod, wouldn’t send my replacement free of charge until it was collected and now 5 days later still haven’t sent my replacement and still without medication.
Reported the pod Monday, now Friday they have taken the money off me for a replacement and still have not sent it. I asked for an update at 9am today and now they have closed at 17:30 without even bothering to reply

Absolutely ace company and the receptionist (lynn) was more than helpful with any issues that arose !!! Can’t recommend enough !!

Customer services are great however delivery is taking too long and I can’t even choose a day to pick from

So ive decided that everytime CL take over 3 days to dispatch something thats apparently in stock im going to come here and leave a 1 star review. Their 10 day lead time is ridiculous, they just hide behind policy and cut and paste replies.

When I joined CL dispatch was max of 2 days every single time, now its 6 days and even 10 days in some instances. They also dont let you order it until its due, so I have to wait a month and then 10 days for them to dispatch it once I order it, then 2 days delivery..... That's 42 days between prescriptions 😂😂 and they see that as acceptable.

The service curaleaf pharmacy has provided for me has been nothing short of brilliant
Each time I've had a query or problem with the courier curaleaf pharmacy has done everything they can to ensure my medication be correct and to get to me ASAP
Bushra,the lady who has assisted me each time I've needed help has been great she's extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, eager to assist and very understanding

Since the 10th June 2026, I've been waiting for my medical cannabis oil.

I have had to call the pharmacy almost every day, chasing up where my medicine is.

I've been told it's been manufactured and they're still waiting for my prescription.

This is diabolical and I have been left dealing with even more chronic pain and no pain relief.

Maybe it would be a better idea if they changed supplier, if this is the service we can expect in the future.

The pharmacy staff have been helpful, though

Tragic experience, do not bother with this company unless you want to keep suffering from your condition whilst they hold your money.

The only time the pharmacy was able to dispense the requested medicine in time (without a 1-2 week delay MINIMUM) was the very first time I ordered from them. Every, single, subsequent order has been more and more delayed despite continuous complaints.
They are completely incapable of keeping track of orders and I’ve had to contact the clinic multiple times to ensure my orders were actually in the systems and/or in the process of delivery with Royal Mail.

Genuinely amazing experience. My first clinic was Releaf and they were ridiculously expensive (£120 for 10g) plus postage. Curaleaf has been half the price for me! My first prescription was Lavender Cake which was excellent. All the Doctors have been very attentive and supportive. Just received my next prescription of Tripoli and the freshness of the flower is perfect. Overall easy going, amazing prices, oh and my delivery this week took 48 hours! Very pleased!

Very good products. Got Gastro pop by four20 which was great and just got a vape cart and device delivered which is working great and is good quality. Order delivered quickly.
