Only half my order arrived and they refuse to accept culpability for sending it wrong. I have contacted police and forwarded a complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council, as well as processed a charge back with my bank as they refuse to prove proof of correct dispatch due to “internal systems”.
Customer service are incredibly passive aggressive and immediately started to shift blame to me - yet unwilling to show proof of sending? Police and my bank can handle it - I will be reporting to the relevant authorities and moving company.
This is far from the first issue I’ve had with them but it is by far the most offensive. As someone in the industry for 16+ years It is NEVER the customers responsibility to find a missing order, that burden is on the provider!
Staff couldn’t give a monkeys. Avoid!!

Been with Curaleaf for 2 years now, they used to be good with deliveries usually next day or day after with the occasional delay here and there - don't get me wrong, the people that work there are wonderful and very understanding, but something has changed recently though as they sent out a mass email telling people there will be more delays and up to 2 weeks lead time for orders in the future which is just absurd. Every other pharmacy offers next working day delivery if ordered before certain time. I've been left for almost a week now without my medication because they let me order OUT OF STOCK product and pay for it without telling me and just expect me to wait around for weeks for them to get it back in stock. Even after having it refunded and replaced with a IN STOCK one, it's still not been sent even after multiple days!

They are happy to spend money and resources upgrading their website's UI but then downgrade their delivery service and quality. Curaleaf as a company obviously do not have their priorities straight or the right amount of staff to handle the amount of patients. They send the same pre-scripted excuses and never address your concerns claiming its impossible to achieve, how come other pharmacies can achieve it then? Would recommend using Alternaleaf instead as they guarantee next working day delivery and have all the same medication options and prices.

Curaleaf are still a viable option in terms of the actual medication, appointments and support they provide, they just need to sort their delivery out to match the competition as they have informed me they have no intention of doing so, which is why I sadly decided to switch to a different Clinic/Pharmacy with better turnaround.

Today was chattin with Julie who helped with enquiries regarding prescriptions .Julie was very helpful indeed and resolved my enquiry quickly and politely very nice to me.
Love curaleaf clinic very excellent staff and services throughout.. right across the board;-)

Out of stock facing 4 days unmedicated now and left as a severe suicide risk due to not being their priority.

They were aware of the stock requirements as I prearranged the prescription yet still failed to order in any cannabis flower in the strain I requested.

The whole company is a joke, dpd failed deliveries, no stock and unavailable at weekends. One star is being generous!

Great help from Louis this afternoon. Managed to do a same day turnaround on my medication which avoided a weekend without my much needed meds. Feels more like a family than a business, he was very caring and answered emails very quickly. Great representative for Curaleaf!

I’ve been a customer of Curaleaf since the beginning of the year and to be honest I’m really not impressed. I paid for my order three days ago, it showed online as being available and in stock 3 days later and still no confirmation of dispatch.
Curaleaf cover themselves by giving a 7 day delivery date. In reality it usually takes two days from paying to a dispatch notice.
Disabled paitents like me rely on benefits to survive.
I can’t walk due to a spinal cord injury the medication I buy from Curaleaf allows me to function and get around my house without my wheelchair. I can only afford to pay for this from my benefits who’s payment date changes every month. So when I run out I can only afford my medication at the end of my prescription date.
When Curaleaf delays a whole order because one item is not in stock without contacting the patient it causes considerable discomfort and pain because Curaleaf would rather take your money than loose out on a sale.
Sort your website out! It’s easy to use stock control software to know exactly how much product you have in stock.
Instead you have left me with no medication in pain and unable to walk.

I’m seriously considering moving my prescription to another Pharmacy

Oh and Curaleaf, please don’t insult me by replying with your generic cut and paste response telling me “you would love to look into it but you can’t identify me as a patient from my review!”

It’s posted as a response in every single bad review I can see.

Had to verify address done quickly and managed to order prescription same day had adviser Julie a+ with walking me through the process.

It's my first time trying MCP Services and I was somewhat scared as most of my experience with getting support for mental health has been a slow, painful experience. CuraLeaf has been incredibly understanding. Direct to the point and clear communication from Dr Bremner who was very patient with my anxiety. And Suprisingly immediate diagnosis of the issue and support From Lynn in Customer Support when I had an issue verifying my address.
I would reccomend this Pharmacy/Clinic to anyone who is Anxious about seeking support with their disability. :)

the pharmacy will not accept there failures in there choice of courier. never reading instructions and not trying to even nock or ring. the only solution they offer is to double my bill to pay for royal mail. this should be their fault that DPD are so bad in my area they do not meet the standards and I should be given a different courier instead.

The delivery service is terrible. They advise it’ll take approximately a week so you time it for when you’re in. But it’s inaccurate.
They don’t allow a nominated day. They just try 3 days in a row and then send it back, costing you £20 to curaleaf each time. If you miss a delivery you cannot ask DPD to come back when you’re in. It would cost less than £20 for Curaleaf to just send it for a nominated day. Daylight robbery. They know they have you over a barrel because you have to start the consultancy process all over again if you choose a more reliable company.
They say they’ll work with you for re-delivery but what they mean is they’ll just ring you to let you know it’s coming back out and tough luck if you’re not in again. Unhelpful and they’re working with people with anxiety and sleep deprivation. Great guys👍🏻

Through the online service I was able to interact with Lynne who helped extremely quick and promptly, issue resolved with no Dramas, excellent service from Lynn.

Contact with the pharmacy is always quick and easy. Spoke to Julie today and they were very fast and polite. No problems with the service.

I've been a patient with Curaleaf for four years, dating back to when it was Sapphire Clinics. Throughout that time, I've been consistently impressed with both the quality of the medications and the excellent customer service. The team has always been professional, helpful, and supportive whenever I've needed assistance.
