Came across this live because my wife kept going on about this amazing French lady who can sell ice to Eskimo! The wife bought a few bits from her, always great quality and very well priced! I went on and purchased a bag for the wife, French lady (law/lor/laur?) was indeed very professional, very patient, very funny, and she really knows her designers! We’ll be back for more! The wife is hooked! And you know what they say happy wife happy life!

In may 2025, csd collected a number of items from me including Chanel, Alaia and Dior outfits. They sent me a pdf quoting how much they could sell these for. The amount came to several thousands of pounds. I approved the quote by return, and since then have not been paid, the items have not appeared on their site as far as i can see. Despite five emails from December 2025 onwards and two phone calls, where I was repeatedly assured that they were prioritising my case and would find answers, still no explanation. I believe they have either lost my items or sold them and not interested in paying me. I am now quite distressed.

I've now issued a county court claim against this company, they have not responded so I guess I'm going - reluctantly - all the way and I suggest others follow.

I have now been paid following the court claim - they are correct that my account is now clear - but not before action taken and I urge anyone else in the position to do the same. A very sad way to do business.

I cant get to the stores, but love having interaction via Tiktok live. French lady Lor was showing me around the Marylebone Store today via a live, she was brilliant, and the other lady also tried some products on for me. These girls are amazing, nothing too much trouble. I have purchased from the store via Tiktok previously, everything was perfect, very prompt delivery. Highly recommended buying, and Lor was so helpful. Look forward to many more Tiktok lives.

Terrible Experience with CSD! I consigned my Burberry bag with CSD in June last year. They sold my bad probably in July or August but I never received any order update regarding the sale, nor was I notified of the amount the bad was sold for. I contacted them in October and was told the bag was already sold. But there is no payment. Since then I have sent countless emails and made so many phone calls. Almost all of the emails were ghosted. Each time I phone the customer team, the staff told me they will ask the sales/accounting team to prioritize my payment. BUT NOTHING EVER HAPPENS! Starting this year I have been calling the customer team every week, only gotten the same response that that's the best they can do.
I would give a 0 star review if that's an option. Seeing all these reviews that they don't pay their consingers I literally wonder why CSD hasn't gone out of business.

I have been chasing CSD weekly for 7 months for payment of items I consigned in November 2024, all of which I've been told have sold. During this entire time, I've been met with nothing but delays, vague responses, and repeated assurances that "the sales team is aware" and will follow up - which never happens. At this point, I feel completely robbed. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I've had — avoid this company at all costs.

This shop is, at best, just a scam.

They'll take your goods very politely and smoothly, and then you will never hear from them again. If you're lucky and you get through to them, say, after it's been 6 months without a word from them, they'll just make you go round in circles, and you won't be able to get your money.

I suggest starting legal proceedings against them after two weeks from the date you contact them, because if they don't return your goods or money by then, they never will.

I normally never leave negative reviews, but I genuinely had no choice in this case. I am completely appalled at how terrible my recent experience with CSD has been.

Despite the return period for my Barbara Bui coat ending over a month ago, I still have not received my payment. I have followed up formally multiple times and have received absolutely no response from the Accounting Department. While the Consign Team has been kind and apologetic, unfortunately no progress has been made. Payments were often late in the past and required chasing, but this situation is on another level entirely.

To date, I still haven’t been paid, and the only response I continue to receive is that the matter has been “passed onto the relevant departments.” This has been ongoing for weeks with no resolution and no accountability. This is completely unacceptable and does not reflect a professional standard of business conduct.

I am extremely concerned by how this has been handled. Until my issue is properly resolved and I receive the payment I am owed, I will continue to leave reviews to warn others and take legal action.

Not surprised to see I’m not the only one struggling to get paid by CSD after consigning with them and selling a few items back in 2024! They would not confirm how much my items sold for (some items were missing from my account), and keep feeding me promises that they are in touch with the “Sales team” who will get back very shortly. It’s been like that for months with me constantly chasing. Like others I’m considering legal action. Shame on you CSD! Not sure how they are still operating.

I can only blame myself as I should have checked reviews before using this company, if I did I would have never used them as clearly my experience is not a one-off and CSD have no desire to improve customer experience based on the plethora of negative reviews they have already received to date.

I contacted them to enquire about 2 pairs of shoes I had on consignment with them - neither had sold (or so I thought) so I was requesting to arrange a collection to pick them up. After a chaser email and phone call I was surprised to be told only one pair of my shoes was available to collect, when I enquired about the other pair I was told they had just sold recently (convenient!) and I can expect a statement and payment for them once they passed the returns period.

Well, over a month has now passed and after asking numerous times for a sales statement or at the very least to be told how much MY shoes were even sold for, CSD are now completely ignoring my emails & calls.

I've been extremely patient before taking this online but to completely ignore a customer who is asking about payment is shocking. If they think this any way to conduct business I'm very surprised they're still operating - I certainly will never use them again and will be informing all of my friends to steer clear. If someone from CSD is reading this - I suggest you contact me as soon as possible with an update about my sale before this is taken further.

CSD does neither communicate nor pay their consignors in accordance with their contract. Despite many emails and phone calls, their accounts team does not respond, does not update the sales spreadsheet, uses vague terms like "TBC" regarding outstanding and long overdue payments to consignors for high value items like Chanel bags. I consigned several high value items to them and am still waiting to be paid for several of them months later. It feels like theft as I neither have the items not the money owed.
I now have to take legal action to recoup my money.
I can't understand how such a company is allowed to keep trading. And apparently I am by far the only one with this distressing experience.
