I consigned several luxury designer items with CSD in December 2025 and agreed the proposed consignment prices shortly after.

Since then, the experience has been extremely concerning.

Timeline:
• December 2025 – My items were accepted for consignment and pricing confirmed.
• January 2026 – I followed up after noticing the items were no longer listed online.
• CSD confirmed that two items (Prada sandals and Gucci boots) had already sold, and that payment would follow once the 14-day returns window had passed.
• Late January → February – I followed up multiple times requesting a status update and payment information.
• I was repeatedly told that “sales would be in touch”, but no one ever contacted me.
• March 2026 – I am still waiting for a clear update or payment despite continuing to follow up.

I have even visited the store in person, where staff again said a sales representative would contact me — but that never happened.

At this stage:
My items have been confirmed as sold
They do not appear in my account
I have not received any statement or payment
I have been actively chasing updates for nearly two months

These were high-value luxury designer items, so the lack of transparency and communication is extremely worrying.

I hope CSD responds publicly and resolves this immediately. If I do not receive confirmation of the sale details and payment timeline shortly, I will have to pursue this through formal consumer and payment dispute channels.

No Response Since Formal Complaint
I am updating this review to reflect that I submitted a formal complaint on 9 March 2026, and have still received no response from CSD.

It has now been over a week, and despite multiple follow-ups — including visiting the store in person — I remain without:
- any payment
- any statement of account
- or any clear update on the proceeds of items confirmed as sold

At this stage, my items have been sold, and I have spent over two months actively trying to obtain basic information and payment, without success.

In my experience, this demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication when dealing with sellers.

Based on how this has been handled, I would strongly caution others before choosing to consign items with this company, particularly where high-value goods are involved.

If this is not resolved immediately, I will be proceeding with formal recovery action.

Terrible experience consigning. I have been waiting for CSD to pay me the money owed on selling my item (just like most other reviewers here) for 9+ months. They are scammers, avoid consigning with them.
We should all pursue collective action. What they are doing is fraud and I cannot believe they can keep operating like this.

I consigned two items in 2024 and I have been trying to chase the team for an update and payment. Both items have been sold but I haven’t received any payment at all - I’ve tried calling, emailing, and WhatsApping. Zero response and escalation from the team. It’s a scam.

I would stay away from this comapny as they have no regard for their customers. Dealing with this company is beyond frustrating as they are slow to respond to pay. They are very good at ignoring emails!

My go to place to consign and shop preloved items in London. The pricing team is very professional and helpful. Payments are always on time. Would recommend!

Same as everyone says.. What should be a great format, sadly let down by the fact, "YOU WILL NOT GET PAID UNLESS CHASE UP PAYMENTS EVERY SINGLE DAMN DAY".. Crazy way to run a business in 2026. Obviously has serious "cash flow issues". Sooner or later be bankrupt, leaving consignees, with nothing. Whoever is in charge, needs to be named and shamed.. Its NOT a legitimate business sadly.

Best consignment company! Ignore the reviews! They make me laugh so much. Me & my 3 friends have never ever had a problem. I’ve been consigning for over 3 years. I get paid on-time & have great communication from the girls. I love popping into the stores & having a chit chat too! I popped by yesterday & the girls really made me feel so welcome! Shows sometimes you really shouldn’t trust the reviews!

This company is beyond disappointing. I would suggest staying away. I have left many items with them and have been requesting an update regarding my sales and payout with no response for over a month mind you this happens every single time you request a payment. This is an absolute scam and I suggest staying away unless you want someone to make your life difficult.

I consigned items that have already been sold, but I still haven’t received payment. The company ignores every email regarding payment and is completely unresponsive. I do not recommend.

This was my very first time shopping via a live stream, and in truth my first time shopping on TikTok at all. I’m not the cleverest with phone apps at my age, but Regina couldn’t have been kinder. She took her time to talk me through everything so I could place my order, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. She even offered a few suggestions as I was picking a gift for my dear granddaughter, who first introduced me to this shop. Such a sweet girl, it was a pleasure to shop with her. My granddaughter was quite impressed with my efforts at “technology”, and she absolutely adored her gift

Scammed. I have been chasing for a significant payout for over 6 months after they 'sold' two of my items. The response I have received each time I have chased is that they will chase the Sales team, with no follow-up whatsoever. Hoping that I can get the rest of my items back.

Having emailed about two bags I had consigned last year with no communication, after sending several email to be told they were forwarded to another dept who I heard nothing from I have now had no reply. Poor customer service!

Update to my previous review: CSD contacted me after I left my original review. I’m truly grateful that websites like this exist, as they clearly play an important role in supporting justice.

One of the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have been emailing since September and still not received full payment for my items, any statement, or honest answers. I have probably spoken to 10 people on the phone and sent 40-50 emails. I can't tell if the whole thing is a scam - they are still not getting back to me ?

The company is a scam and essentially robs sellers of what they consign. I submitted 3 items 8 months ago and customer service has not been able to provide an update on where any of those items are. It’s been 3 months of emails where I’ve had to follow up multiple times, and now customer service has stopped replying at all. I should never have tried consigning — what they’re doing is basically theft.

TO THE VICTIMS- It seems that it’s time for all of us to start a collective court claim for being scammed.
TO THE BUYERS - DO NOT BUY! You do realise you buying from a scam business?
