I called for advice with a problem with our soft close WC seat and the customer service team were so helpful. A replacement is on the way which is much appreciated,

The soft close on the toilet lid failed after 18 months and I asked for a replacement hinge but these are not available. However if I provided proof of purchase and a video of the problem they would see what they could do. Within minutes of sending the information they replied to say that although out of warranty they would replace the entire seat. What generosity and service - way beyond what one would have expected. I have found Croydex products to be of excellent quality and can’t understand so many of the one star reviews.

I needed some parts for a Croydex toilet seat. My call was answered promptly and when I explained what I needed I was immediately put through to customer services. What a treat - helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Can you bottle this for other companies. Couldn’t have been better. Well done and thank you

I needed a replacement part which I was quite happy to pay for as it was my own fault it was required, lol.

I contacted your company and was fortunate enough to be dealt with by Tracey. She was extremely helpful and advised me they did not have my part in stock and would send one out as soon as it arrived in March.

The toilet seat was of good quality and easy to install. Unfortunately the soft close failed after 10 months however, the company provide a hassle-free guarantee service. A replacement was sent promptly after providing proof of purchase and a short video of the failed soft close cover. An excellent service.

Ordered the item some time ago off Ebay but due to other commitments, I was unable to instal until recently. On opening the packaging some fittings were missing. I phoned Croydex Spares Dept. and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful young lady (Alison) who arranged supply of the necessary pieces free of charge, despite the puchase being almost 2 years ago. No problems, excellent, efficient and friendly service.

If you are wondering if the "5 Year Guarantee" is real, I can confirm it is! My product developed an issue after 4 years of use, so I emailed customer support. The team (Tracey specifically) was incredibly helpful and efficient. After I sent a photo and proof of purchase, they quickly identified the model and dispatched a free replacement immediately.

There were no long phone queues or complicated forms—just great service. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that actually honors its warranty without making you jump through hoops. I will definitely buy from Croydex again knowing they support their customers years down the line. 5-star service.

I have just replaced my bathroom accessories with Croydex ones. They were the flexi-fit ones from the grosvenor range. So I just fitted them using existing drill holes. I am rubbish at DIY but I managed to fit 4 accessories in 20 mins with no hassle at all. They are really good quality compared to my old ones, I can tell they are going to last many years. Highly recommend.

I simply needed an extra glass shelf for my Croydex bathroom cabinet which I could not find on their website. So I rang them.
The call was answered immediately and two most pleasant staff actioned my request very efficiently.
I note this company has received a number of one-star reviews but my experience today was 5-STAR!

Purchased a slim wire storage basket for my shower about 10 years ago which has just started to rust,(corrode).Emailed photos of rust and purchase receipt and received a positive reply within the hour that they would send a new basket .
For the price I am amazed how long this basket lasted in the harsh environment of a shower but I did follow their cleaning instruction.

Prompt and generous customer service by a quick phonecall. I bought a toilet seat from a different retail outlet. When I fitted it it slipped but on refitting the bracket glue pad disintegrated. I tried to request replacement brackets from the retail outlet, but they kept passing me to different customer service people and asking for photos and videos. When I found the Croydex phone number they dealt with the issue straight away and promised to send the spare parts in the post that day.

Having installed a new Croydex seat with it's innovative easy-fit mechanism a month ago I later discovered one of the buffer tabs was missing. I contacted Croydex through it's website (where it was refreshing to see all avenues of contact advertised) and asked if they could send me a replacement pad. They couldn't but sent me a whole replacement seat which arrived 2 days later by courier. Such brilliant customer service. Well Done Croydex

I bought an ex-display Croydex toilet seat from Wickes, and discovered it didn't have all the accompanying fitments. When I phoned Croydex today I fully expected that I would be paying for the 'missing parts'. Not at all! Alison, the very helpful lady who dealt with my query said that Croydex would send the parts completely free, as a goodwill gesture. So not only do Croydex make the best toilet seats, they are also a very kind firm. Barbara Cherry
