Margery in customer services understood a tap problem and not only advised on the problem but dispatched replacement parts which arrived in 2 days.
Brilliant cuustomer services.

Helpful post sales support, often providing replacement parts for required maintenance.

If something goes wrong they are quick to resolve.

The customer service team have been fantastic. Much more than I’d usually expect. I’ve had two issues which they’ve helped me with quickly and really clearly. Going above and beyond. It’s rare to find this so I highly recommend this company on that basis.

Fantastic service from ProBoil.
We needed a replacement boiler / Jade and Ros via email and phone were great and Steve was outstanding - talked us through the whole installation process - was unfailingly patient. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Contacted company about a spare grub screw and bush for my Airo Dual Lever mixer tap as the third party spares company does not sell these items and the tap is out of guarantee . The lady who I spoke to was very helpful and sent me replacement spares free of charge - the handle now fits well and I think this company should be congratulated for their excellent customer service.

Excellent after care service - small issue with our Proboil tap, quickly sorted and parts on the way.

Had a problem with my Proboil 2X boiler. Contacted customer service and spoke to Jade. She managed to sort the problem and get a replacement posted to me within 24hrs. Very helpful and great to get aftercare customer service like that.

Purchased a tap for around £300, 3 years later it's dripping and leaking everywhere!
I contacted them about warranty only to be offered parts to repair the tap myself!

Needed a replacement boiler outlet pipe wingnut after stripping the threads.
I had an immediate reply to my inquiry and a replacement part sent.

Had a problem with a leaking tap wrote an E-mail and had a reply within minutes from Shelli, she asked me to contact them and I was helped by Lindsey. The part required was despatched immediately and received the day after. Lindsey was friendly, helpful, efficient, professional which was refreshing and an exceptional standard with which I am delighted and would highly recognise to anyone.

Outstanding customer service - I have had a tap for several years from Abode and as expected it needs the odd washer replacement. Abode always reply to requests efficiently, charge very reasonable rates for spare parts and delivery and go above and beyond, when customers like me order the wrong parts!! I highly recommend this great company with hard working humans in their spare parts team !
