Croc Socks

Bad quality product, customer support is abhorrent - trying to get a refund since December. AVOID.

Scam. Placed my order over two months ago, goods not shipped. No reply after multipul contact attemps to refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered on the first of Jan and quickly received order and tracking information.

Checked multiple times the process of my order and found it not to have changed still after one week with it still stating 'order processing'. Contacted the tracking company who were very helpful to which they had not even received the order from the company.
After three weeks and still no update, tracking movement or contact from the company (despite emailing them at least 5 times) I have had to go through my bank to get the money back (which they did thankfully)

Still haven't had no contact from the company. Cute socks aren't worth this much trouble. Don't bother ordering as you'll never actually get the product. Nonexistent customer service, the entire company seems like a scam best to go elsewhere.....i don't think they even deserve 1 star

Don’t want to give any stars ! Do not waste your money! The socks are complete rubbish and look nothing like the photo! They are awful and itchy. The company is a complete scam and I will be reporting them. Absolutely awful they should be ashamed sending out such rubbish

Less than 1 star. Absolute joke a company. Complete scam. The socks look like utter shite. There's no way of contacting them for a return, the email goes to a dead mailbox. I have heard nothing back after sending multiple emails and Santander are a joke of a bank and make it extremely difficult to get your money back.

Well I am clearly not alone in thinking this company is a scam. Complained, offered 50% discount over a month ago, since then, nothing. Now back tracking payment method to seek refund from the card company

SCAM. Plain and simple. As hundreds of others have said you DO NOT receive the knitted socks just the crappy cheap versions you can purchase on Amazon for £5. Website looks legit but do not be fooled. I was lucky and PayPal closed the case in my favour. They provided a returns address (Croatia?!?) Hribarov Prilaz 10, , Zagreb, , HR, 10000. Hopefully this will help as they don't publish this address anywhere on their website and they do not respond to any email requests to return items.

Scam - poor service, poor communication, recieved less than the order, initially offered 50% refund but then ceased all communication and the refund was never paid. Avoid

Posted review on .com and .co as both refer to same company

Scam!
Don't return messages had issues and didn't receive full.

Would give no stars if I could - utter scam!
Ordered as they looked cute and warm, also said there was a free Xmas gift. I paid for express shipping 5-7 days and ordered on the 29th December.
By the 10th Jan, there was still no sign of them and when I checked the tracking, it said they were in China. Thankfully I used PayPal and disputed the purchase, for which I have been refunded.
The socks arrived this morning and they are so cheap and thin, nothing like on the pictures. The free gift was also missing.
This "company" needs to be shut down.

Ordered over a month ago didn’t receive it, no response to my many emails

Would give no stars if possible SCAM site, ordered and nothing arrived. Furious with myself for falling for this. These conmen need shutting down. DO NOT USE !!!

I feel cheated. The socks received were nothing like the photos. They are thin and flimsy. They are also so small that no one can actually get them on without the threads breaking. I sent a message to the company and have heard nothing back. It’s sad because they looked so cute but they are garbage.

DO NOT ORDER! they r complete junk! they look nothing like on the website! they come from China! Paid for express shipping 5-7 days. it took a month and they came from china. f*c K these crooks

This is a SCAM. Don't waste your money here. It would be great to find a way of removing these thieves from Internet.

Complete and utter scam. Socks not the fluffy woollen ones seen in the image. But nasty cotton and polyester thin socks that will not keep your feet warm and will wear out in no time. False advertising at its best!! Save your money and your sanity (as their customer service is non existent).

I’m going to learn to read the reviews first. I thought since Crocs made socks they would be durable. No. Ordered last year and haven’t worn them a lot. I have holes in the bottom of the socks. I will NOT order again.

I ordered a 3 sock pack from this company and received a package that included an awful "free gift" and none of the socks I paid for. These were meant to be a Christmas gift.

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the company and am getting no response 2 weeks later. I have emailed 3 times explaining the issue and sent enquiries via their website.

AWFUL SERVICE and I just wish I had paid on credit card so I could get my money back...

I ordered an item from this store December 12th. I paid for eco-express shipping 5-7 business days. It is now January 3rd and no item. I messaged the company 2 times and received no response. It was intended to be a Christmas gift which obviously cannot happen now. These are crooks, not croc-socks.

These socks are terrible! Very poor quality look nothing like they advertised took 5weeks to come, don’t respond to emails so I opened a case through PayPal and they closed the case in their favour! Absolutely shocking complete waste of money ! Don’t but
