Croc Socks

Never sent (from China), 1 month later, no response from contact email.

This is a scam terrible company. Socks look nothing like advertised and are very very poor quality. Don’t include free gift when ordered and no longer reply to emails. May aswell set light to the money

These croc socks are a croc of shit.

Such poor quality. I'm going to ask for a refund.

Keine Stricksocken wie auf den Bildern, sondern dünner, einfacher Stoff. Sind auch viel kürzer. Irgendwie nett, aber sicher nicht zu dem Preis.

This is a scam company. As a lot of reviews here report, I also only received the "free gift" which was a plush. It had a tag on it to scan, but I knew this would be another scam so I did not scan it. The socks were never delivered and the customer service is a facade, no customer service will reply. Please save yourself money, time, and heartbreak by not purchasing from this company. I wish I knew how to get a website removed.

Waited over 1 month to receive the 4 pack of socks only to open it and it be a stuffed animal. They won't respond via email to my concerns and there is not anyone to talk to outside of emailing. Total scam!!

I do not even want to give them one star. I honestly thought I had been scammed, until I was sent this page of reviews. What a joke, and horrible business practices. I ordered 2 months ago, and still haven’t received the socks. Customer service is almost non existent, 2 responses to 11 sent emails, in 2 months. I ordered the last week of October, it is now Christmas Day.
2 weeks ago, they responded and said, if I send the socks back, they will reimburse me. I responded, I do not have them. Please cancel and refund me. No response since. I am reporting them to better business bureau tomorrow, and my bank. Can’t wait to have my card and account frozen. Thanks Tara tge Granny, your horrible business practices, and false advertising with your story and website. It looks like you have ripped off a lot of people. Shame on you.

Scam - ordered a socks bundle they sent me a plushy. Never responded to emails ever. Do not do business with them under any circumstances as they are completely non responsive and the complaints about them are real.

Ordered on Dec 7th with shipping 7-9 days. Emailed 2 days ago querying if they would be delivered before Xmas but received no reply.

Items turned up today, but with the mystery Xmas gift missing. I've emailed them again but doubt I'll get a response. Honestly I haven't even checked the quality of the socks but I predict from everyone else's reviews that they'll be poor.

Have emailed the company and had no reply. Socks were NOT as advertised. Do NOT waste your money. Complete scam.

Scam from China. Advertisement on fb as some poor little old lady knitting them - didn't believe she was actively knitting them but believed they were made in America at least.
Bought the "best value" which includes a free gift, which I did receive. It was a cheap little plushie with a scannable tag that shows you some tree that was planted. Don't scan it it's also a scam. "Tracking" took me to a Chinese website that "no longer exists". Hope the little old lady gets tariffed into the ground.

Out $54, suck it China.

Like many others I wish I had read the reviews first.

They make it sound like a like a quaint cottage industry based in.... Croatia? Yet the socks get dispatched from a factory in China.

UK Crocshop price £15.75
Same item from Temu £4.40

Socks are cheap and look nothing like the images on the website. and took an age to arrive

Rip off start to finish

Absolutely atrocious!!!! Nothing like the photo, cheap £1 socks , shipped from China!!"save yourself the money and purchase them from temu and donate the rest to a UK charity of your choice... absolute con!!!

I ordered the 3pack of socks with the croc, shark and fish socks. They were also running a Christmas sale so the 3rd pair was free and I also got a mystery gift. So I got a notification a month later that they finally got delivered. Only to find when I got home that I had only received the mystery gift and no socks. I emailed them 3 days ago and they have yet to respond to me. Now I have to go out and find a new gift for my white elephant gift exchange. This has been the worst customer service I've ever had. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Ordered three pairs for a Christmas gift on Dec.27. The package got delivered today, Dec. 20 and there were no socks inside and instead there was a pink stuffed bat! These people are obviously a scam!

Still no reply complete scam artists, would give them no stars

Long delivery from China, no surprise there I guess. Not fluffy or comfortable as advertised, looks the same as the cheap ones from Amazon. Waste of money.

Ordered 3 items. Only 1 turned up. The chameleon socks that did turn up looked nothing like the photos on the website, which show an item that looks much better made. I ordered in plenty of time to arrive for Christmas but now I'm likely to be two gifts down and will have to make last-minute purchases elsewhere. Avoid this brand at all costs.

The socks that arrived are nothing like the advertised product, thin poorly made rubbish. Avoid at all costs

Wish I’d read the reviews on here before I ordered! They took ages to come. Didn’t get the free gift I should have received. They’re not cosy and fluffy like the website shows and the company ignore emails. Avoid this company like the plague. I’ve since seen you can buy the same sock’s on Amazon for a fraction of the price!!
