Croc Socks 

Took a month to get the socks, even though it advertised fast shipping. One of the pairs was the right one, the second one wasn’t. Too late now to make it right. Read the reviews!!!

Sent the wrong socks. Emailed and they agreed that they were at fault.......then ghosted me. Numerous emails and nothing.
Please, please, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Total scam. Ordered 8/7/2025. I complained I had recieved nothing on 10/1/2025 and received the following:

They are a total rip off. I ordered some sloth socks, they sent me croc socks and would send me a replacement. If I could give less than one star I would

Sent wrong item and said they would "look into it" Never heard anything else.

Similar to others, received the wrong product, got told to post back to Zagreb and the item is still at customs weeks later. Emailed and the address is no longer valid. Terrible, do not buy from this vendor!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but that wasn’t an option! Ordered sloth socks, 4 weeks later (more than estimated delivery time) a pair of crocodile socks arrived. I emailed to let them know they’d sent the wrong product. Lots of emails emailed asking me to send the wrong product to Croatia at my expense before they would send the correct product. After about ten emails, I insisted on a refund, lots more emails passed before then they ghosted me and I have a wrong product and no refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 3 pairs of socks in August. The wrong socks were sent (alligator mouth, shark mouth, and chameleon, all of which were lower quality than the ones I ordered). When I contacted their customer service through their website in September they said it may have happened "due to a packing error in logistics." They requested photos of what I received, which I provided. They asked me to send the items I received back to Croatia so that they could send me the correct order, stating they could not provide a return label (so I would have to pay for it but could use whatever courier I preferred). I declined as that would have been 60% of the order price and it should have been their fiscal responsibility to address their mistake; I went back and forth with them a couple more times over a span of 3 weeks (and several of their responses seemed to be AI generated, without directly addressing information included in my responses). They did eventually agree to provide a pre-paid return shipping label for me to return the items but never actually provided one. I tried following up 2-3 more times via email without any success. I ended up filing a Paypal dispute for a refund for the order in the beginning of November, which I did receive.

THIS IS A CLEAR CON. YOU WILL BE SENT THE WRONG DESIGN AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO SEND YOU THE RIGHT ITEM. THEY WILL THEN START IGNORING YOUR COMPLAINTS.

Wrong socks sent, after a couple of emails trying to get a refund they stop replying.

1 star is too much. waiting for months for it and wrong items sent. no reply from the sender

Never arrived. Kept asking for a refund, they kept referring me to “management” and nothing happened. This was two months ago. Should have read reviews before ordering. DO NOT ORDER!

Same problem as others. No comms and then weeks later they send out socks which you didn't order. They then do not respond to your email asking them to send the correct socks or refund your money.
Avoid this company

Awful.
They sent me the wrong pair of socks, and when I complained they have completely ignored me and refused to provide a refund or the correct replacement.
Absolute waste of money.

Ordered some fluffy panda and sloth socks, received some cheap crocodile and shark ones instead. Terrible quality.
They won’t accept return, won’t send me the correct items either. Waste of money.

Even 1 star too much. Wrong items sent. Very slow communication asked to send back and give them tracking number, they would then send replacement. The was middle of September, parcel just arrived back as undelivered.

If I could give a minus number I would. After a month of waiting a package arrived containing 2 random cheap quality pairs of socks which are of no use to me. I am on 4th email with no reply in sight. Do not go near this company unless you just want to waste money

Urgh, in same boat as everyone else. Wrong items sent, at first customer service seemed ok, but when I was told I had to courier the items back to an address in Croatia AT MY OWN EXPENSE I got the red flags. Three weeks later and i am stuck with very poor product (3 pairs instead of the 10 I paid for and none of the designs I chose) and now all emails and attempts to get a refund or the correct product are being ignored. Seemingly this product is being sold under many different company names. Hard to know if the issue is a complete scam, or I just chose the wrong company to order from after the intense advertising on Instagram Very annoyed, I really wanted these for xmas presents.

My story is the same as the rest.
They are fraudsters.

Based on other peoples experiences. I think they are knowingly sending out the wrong products. Mine was in August. Many mails later and broken promises of a prompt resolution on their part and still no refund...
