Croc Socks 

Do not order from these scammers! Have had to get. Refund through PayPal. As it’s clearly a scammer. Since emailing a month ago. I’ve been told twice they have contacted management. Then I was told to return the wrong item. Which is odd seeing as I’ve not received anything. Anyway glad I paid through PayPal as got. Refund straight away? Surely there is a way to get this scam site taken down?

I wish I had read this before I ordered the Sloth Socks, waited over two weeks for them to come from China, sent me the crocodile ones "by mistake" tried numerous times to get in touch with no reply. Luckily I ordered through paypal so I have been refunded.

Bought a pair of Sloth Socks and they sent Croc socks. I contacted them and they verified they accidentally sent the wrong set. They refused to supply a returns label and expected me to return the wrong order back to them in Croatia from the UK at my own cost. They won’t send the correct order until I send back the wrong order. I’m refusing to pay to correct their mistake. Once 30 days has passed I will get my refund from my bank and I won’t order from them again.

Wrong item and refusal to send correct item until returned (at additional expense to me).
Avoid!!

As with the other reviews I received the wrong order and emails ignored. Definitely a scam going on advertising quality products and sending cheap poor quality substitutes

Meine Erfahrung: Ich habe für rund 80€ fünf Paare bestellt. Angeblich nachhaltig produziert, Taras Story super süß, Produktbilder sehr ansprechend.

Als die Sendung nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit ankam die Ernüchterung: Von fünf bestellten Paaren war ein Motiv im Paket - und das war billigste Kunstfaser-Qualität. Zwei weitere Paare im Paket waren gar keine der Motive, die ich bestellt hatte und von derselben China-Polyester-Machart. Warenwert vielleicht in Summe 6€.

Auf meine Reklamation hieß es, ich solle ein Foto schicken. Kein Problem. Dann sollte ich - auf eigene Kosten - die falschen Paare zurückschicken, vorher könnten sie die richtigen nicht senden.
Ich habe mich natürlich geweigert und mein Geld zurück verlangt. Keine Reaktion.
Kurz recherchiert und hier gelandet… hätte ich mal eher hier geschaut!!!

Das ist ein Betrügerverein aus Kroatien mit gefakter Seite, Image, Story und Produktbildern. Leider kann man hier nicht null Sterne geben.

Ich werde jetzt den Verbraucherschutz einschalten und einen befreundeten Anwalt einschalten.

Do not buy from this company under any circumstances.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Placed an order and still not posted after 5 weeks. They don’t reply at all to any emails or communication. Thankfully I bought via PayPal who let me open a case and refunded me.

I wish I had checked trustpilot first.

Order placed 9th August 2025
Tracking number 11th August.
No updates or delivery. Ignored all emails, then one reply to say checking and no others after 3 weeks.

I checked the web site again and noted. No contact or company details. A red flag.

Contact form for show, they never respond.

So I have to wait 30 days for the credit card company to act and get my money back

Fake company order one thing get sent another ! Awful communication!! I have a massive email chain from them saying they will send the right product but never do ! Have now reported to the bank ! DO NOT BUY !

Sent me the wrong item, contacted them, was asked to send a photo of the wrong item (for what I assumed was proof) then asked to return the item to Croatia! (What was the point of sending a photo???? ALSO I'm in the UK). I asked for returns postage costs and they ghosted me. Assume they were trying to buy time before i could file a complaint with PayPal, tough luck, complaint filed refund got.

Do not buy from this company.

Avoid avoid avoid!! Same story as have now read on other reviews, sold the dream of well made sloth and cow socks, received horrible quality crocodile and shark ones…emailed with complaint but not holding my breath…one of so many scam artists clearly making a fortune having no morals

I ordered a pair of sloth socks but when they arrived they were crocodile socks. Contacted the company who were very unhelpful and wanted me to pay for return postage to Croatia at my own expense before they would send out the correct item. Very poor customer service and they show a complete disregard for customers and consumer law

Order 2 pairs - the sloth and the black cat. I was sent the crocodile and the shark. Emailed them to say I received the wrong order, which they acknowledged and told me once the incorrect items were returned they would send me the correct items. They are not providing the return address and have advised I will need to pay for the incorrect items to be returned. Avoid wasting your money.

One star since can't give zero star.

Unfortunately, made purchase before reading reviews on 3rd party platforms.

Tried to cancel order no response even after several attempts. Still received wrong items and rubbish quality compared to what was advertised.

Sent proof of request to cancel to Paypal, managed to get refund from Paypal buyer protection after they did their thing.

STAY WAY and buy elsewhere.

SCAM - Would not send correct items after multiple emails........ would not refund....SCAM SCAM SCAM These organisations like Shop - who do the payments - should have same policy like PAYPAl - where they can refund items when these dodgy companies don't have good intentions with their customers

Received a package containing some scraps of cloth

total SCAM of a company

Claimed with paypal buyer protection, sent proof of trying to cancel, screenshots of what i should have received, and a picture of the trash that they sent, and was instantly refunded

Would leave 0 star if possible. I ordered as a stocking stuffer christmas present for Christmas back in November. Never recieved order. Sent multiple messages trying to find out what's going on. Got a reply from first email saying they are backed up from christmas orders and would let me know when order shipped. Nothing. They refuse to email me back. They stole my money and could care less about fixing the situation
