SCAM! AVOID! AI IMAGES AND SEND TOTALLY DIFFERENT SOCKS

They sent the wrong item and it is extremely low quality and nothing like the pictures. Contacted the company who said I would have to pay to send item back with international tracking.

Ordered highland cow socks.
I was sent standard croc socks.
Tara wants me to send them back on my charge to Croatia. Total scam!
DO NOT ORDER!

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Sent the wrong item and wants me to pay postage (to Croatia) to return the wrong item before they will send out the correct one. I have a string of emails to and fro (which they take an age to respond to) just going round in circles with them. I have now given up and put the loss down to experience.

I ordered sloth socks and got green crocodile socks instead. They wanted a picture, which I provided, then wanted ME to pay shipping to Croatia to return them. I ended up ordering sloth socks for my friend from a different company. Very disappointed in this Croc Socks company.

Don't be swayed by the cute fun of this idea, this company is out to scam. I've contacted my bank for a claim back.

Awful customer service. Goods haven't arrived after 7 weeks, been requesting a refund for 4 weeks. After many emails I am no closer to a refund. Having to contact my bank to raise a dispute with the vendor.

Had the same issue as other buyers, I stupidly didn’t check the reviews before I ordered just thought oh they’re cute socks. I waited weeks for them and when they did turn up, they weren’t the ones I had ordered and look absolutely nothing like the pictures, they are also terrible cheap material.

Weeks to arrive. Wrong items sent, return address in Croatia. Trying to send back but unable to book a courier without contact details. Unable to get contact details. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Like so many other reviewers, I received the wrong product, followed by a demand that I return the socks to Croatia by registered courier with a tracking number. This is a scam company.

Wrong goods sent, of poor quality. Wanted me to post them back with tracking etc. The address is a suburban block of units in Croatia. The products I ordered are probably AI generated and not real. Definitely do not deal with these people, it's a scam site.

sent wrong item. refused to send ordered item, refused to pay return cost of wrong item. refused refund for ordered item. just thieving scum fraudsters

Ordered one set of socks, got a completely different set. Site and policies are setup to delay and delay any type of correction. "Can we have a picture" "Can you confirm your name" "Can you confirm your address" "Can you return the goods at your cost"
Had to get the credit card charges reversed, absolute nightmare organisation.

My partner purchased the koala socks for my birthday and the item arrived was in fact the croc socks. After numerous emails I was told I would have to pay my own postage to send them back to Croatia before they would send the correct pair.
We know we’ll never the item or our money back!
We only wish we’d read the reviews before before being conned!

Scam. Ordered panda socks, got crap crocodile socks. Complained, was told to send them back to a Croatia address (at my expense) with proof of posting and then they would send correct ones.

This is a scam site Ordered 3D wildlife trio and got thin shark, shoddy croc and an unknown poor quality animal pair. Emailed and company said they sent wrong order. No offer to refund or send correct order which I think doesn’t exist. AVOID

I would give 0 stars if this was an option.

Appalling customer service. Order Unicorn Socks and ended up with Crock Socks. After reaching out to them it about a week to respond with the request to send a picture of the wrong item. Another week passed and they instructed us to send it to the warehouse in Croatia before they'd be able to replace. On request for a paid shipping label we haven't heard back again. Unbelievable they expect you to send it from the UK to Croatia at your own cost, without any apology or forthcoming to provide a shipping label. Also, only IF received back in Croatia you receive a replacement. If you're lucky this time 'round it's the correct item. It seems this is a scheme of theirs. Avoid at all cost!

Not even deserving of a 1 star review. Total scam company. Avoid at all costs. Can only repeat what's been said already. Ordered Unicorn socks, got croc socks. Made complaint via email (takes around a week for them to reply) and they expect ME to make payment to ship the wrong item back to them. So they can probably send nothing back but they get their socks returned. Beyond terrible. Been reported. I suggest you all do the same
