Great experience with Creature Comfort. I’ve been using them for my Italian Greyhound, Noah, and they’ve consistently been reliable, professional, and genuinely caring.

They take the time to explain everything clearly and you can tell they really care about the animals they treat. Noah is always relaxed with them, which says a lot.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive vet service.

I've switched to Creature Comforts a few months ago and the experience has been fantastic. The staff are really attentive, helpful and friendly. My dog recently had to have a tooth removed and Creature Comforts was great throughout the process. From making sure she was comfortable and had the best care, all the way to assisting with the insurance claim. Brilliant vet service!

We have recently signed up to Creature Comforts in Balham with our Burmese kitten and 11 year old working cocker Spaniel.
Our kitten has had vaccinations and a neutering operation at the clinic and we are so happy with the care he has received.
Our Spaniel’s recent visit was excellent. The vet took lots of time with her as she has become very nervous of going to the vets. The whole appointment took place on the floor to lesson her anxiety and it really worked. She wagged her tale for the first time at a vets!
We are very happy to have joined Creature Comforts. They are staffed with happy animal loving people who are patient, kind and expert at what they do.
Very good value for money too. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’ve had 4 dogs in my life time and never experienced anything as amazing as these vets - unfortunately my dog has had quite a few issues this year including cruiate ligament surgery and we have been so grateful and impressed by all the care he has received from the Barnet team, they are our 4th emergency service and I cannot recommend Creature Comforts highly enough.

The vets at Creature Comforts Clapham are truly amazing!! We have an anxious shepherd and it's been really hard to find vets who understand she needs more time and patience during her consultations, but vets here really make sure she feels safe. We've seen real improvements in our dog's behaviour and her trust in humans has significantly increased. The vets are also very happy to explain any conditions and treatments to us which we appreciate. We have a membership and it is great value for money. It's a fantastic opportunity to focus on preventative care and it's easy to schedule an appointment when you need one. There's also a chat functionality so it allows you to ask any questions (medical or admin). The staff at the reception are also very lovely and polite and it's always a pleasure to talk to them.

We have been going to the Barnet Creature Comforts for about 6 months now to get my nervous dog used to being handled by the vet so that she is able to be examined. It has been such a positive experience, she has improved so so much! We have tried 2 vet practices previously and left both because they made no effort with my dog. Creature comforts has been a totally different experience and we are so happy!

The service is great and I can’t recommend them enough

I signed up with Creature Comforts on July 2024, and since then they have been a safe home for my German Pointer, Rimsky. I have peace of mind that they are one quick text away or even better I can show up last minute and they make sure Rimsky is taken care of. I must say the staff - vets, nurses, admin and the marketing lady at St John’s Wood - are what makes this a 5-star review.

I was so happy when this vet opened right next to my house as my partner and I don’t drive so getting cabs to and from the vets was always hard work. Creature Comforts have not disappointed. You actually get to know the staff and they know you. The appointments are not rushed and staff are upfront with prices. Previous vets have told me my cat is overweight but have been rubbish at helping me with ideas. Creature Comforts created a whole diet plan and my cat attends their fit club every few weeks (all part of my membership) Love how easy booking appointments is and they are open seven days a week! Every single member of staff are lovely and I feel like they genuinely care. I love this vets and I would recommend them to anyone. I have been to many vets over the years and this is a luxury experience in comparison.

Creature Comforts in Notthing Hill is a really good vet. I did a lot of looking around and tried other places, but I knew what I was looking for: a vet that actually cares for the pets they treat and look after. I have been with them now for over a year, with my dog and my cat. Their fees are reasonable considering the current average, and the care is good. They are not a money-grubbing business. They also organised a discounted Xmas special dog-friendly viewing at a local cinema, which was fab. So far, I highly recommend them. I worry that if they grow further as a business, their care model could change, to meet the increased demands. I hope not!

I have been taking my dog Hugo to creature comforts st Johns wood since it's inception
the team has always been super attentive and recently completed a successful operation to remove a lump from Hugo's mouth. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the £20 unlimited consultation model definitely makes me bring Hugo in more regularly for checkups which gives me peace of mind given his age.

I have been with creature comforts vets since it opened in Muswell Hill. They provide an excellent service & have run some very useful courses. They see my dog regularly & provide excellent care. I had to take her to the vets for an emergency review & they were excellent I would highly recommend this practice. Friendly, professional & very helpful.

As always everyone at creature comforts looked after both cookie and I at our last apt Barry the vet as always put us at ease and looked after my darling boy with 💯 professionalism right down to lovely treat when his examination was all over highly recommend such lovely team

Everything about this vets is amazing. From the people, to the care and treatment, the decor and added extras like goodie bags after their first visit. Could not recommend this vets more. The app is so easy to use and takes away that stress if you have a question but don’t want to book an appointment etc.

Lovely Vet team. I am with the putney practice and it's been amazing. Really pleased with the team, the service and the quality of care.
