Changed my address with them (which they confirmed in writing and assured me the next project would be sent to it) and nonetheless they kept on sending to the old address charging me and without answering my emails.
The product is nice but unfortunately the customer service seems inexistent. At this point it seems the only recourse is to have my CC issue a chargeback given their silence.

they are very good at lessons and other things and give you all the parts for it

The 18 kits for over $500 were never received. Now I will have to file with the BBB and other means of getting my money back.

The videos are informative, tech support is quick and easy to communicate with and the supplies allow you to complete the project without complication.

I thought I had ordered one thing but I hit the wrong button. I contacted the company and they immediately got back to me and had given me a refund when it was totally my fault. I was so impressed by their service!

Still not helping with our concerns. I have emailed 3 different times asking for assistance, as there is a coding issue with the Robotic box containing 2 projects. I paid up front in full, which is very frustrating! These are very expensive not to be working properly! Please improve your customer service process! It's been over a 10 days since my initial email was sent.

Missing parts. We need help getting them.

Yes, you did send the missing parts out on the 3rd day after our report.

On the second issue, which was 'coding' related, we didn't hear back for over a week. That should be an unacceptable timeframe to respond to a customer in need of assistance.

These guys have an awesome product and amazing customer service as I happened to auto fill an old address for my shipping and couldn't retrieve my package after finding this out the people at Creation Crate told me not to worry and resent my kit to me no problem. Now thats taking care of a customer for sure.
I excited for my next project and cant wait!

Received my first 3, no instructions. And how the hell do you get to the online classroom? Seriously fowled.

My package was returned to the sender because it was originally sent to an incomplete address. I contacted support and they responded very kindly that they would re-ship my package, but I haven't got any follow-up yet nor any tracking number for my case. I tried to contact support again but they didn't answer anymore. It's been over a month that I ordered my kit and I haven't received it yet.

I upgraded to 3. It was sent to wrong address but they sent me another set to the correct address.

Just takes a long time to get response unlike any other online service that I ever used.

We don't know how to access the online classes or instruction. The card that was sent doesn't work. Please assist asap. Thank you.

I received the kit and was overwhelmed by how many wires and LED’s and diodes and other gizmos were included. So many opportunities for my 13 year old son to use his imagination and make educated guesses about what results would come from different circuit configurations. Also had need to reach out to customer service with a question and I received great service. Highly recommend this project kit. 👍

My son and I both learned something from it but the initial videos are very quiet for a phone or ipad. We had to connect an external speaker in order to be able to understand what he was saying for some of the videos.

The online courses were well done. In addition, there were written instructions. The two worked together and supplemented each other.
If I was confused by the video, I could clarify using the booklet.

Incomplete parts. Delayed shipment. Extra charges. long wait for reply and communication.

It took 3 weeks for our kit to ship and no one reached out to let us know what the hold up was until I emailed and asked for a refund. Then when we finally received the kit, it did not have the code we need to access the online content. I have been emailing for several days and no one has responded to help me get the code we need. The delay was fine once I understood, but the lack of communication about the delay, and the apparent disregard for the fact that we did not get everything we paid for (the online content) has me considering disputing the charge with my bank.

We ordered it as a birthday gift. It took them two and a half weeks to ship, and there was no communication during that time. Whenever we requested an update, they kept saying it would be shipped very soon but would not provide a time frame. This is very poor customer service.

My family absolutely loves Creation Crate! We subscribed to the electronics challenger course and my son drops everything as soon as it arrives. Feels great as a parent knowing he's distracted, quiet and doing something he loves while also learning new skills.

The lessons are easy to digest, the projects challenging and rewarding. His favorite part is showing his creations off and explaining everything he learned about on the way. I've never seen him so passionate about something and I simply can't say enough about this great product.
