I made a mistake whike checking out. I immediately sent a chat to inform of what happened. I received an email telling me it's been corrected, however when I logged in I could see it hasn't. I tried again, twice, to have it corrected to no avail

Multimeter dead. Battery was dead on arrival. They didn't include any tools to get to battery. I supposedly got access code but none came in kit.

I was asked to give my email address in order to get 10% off my order. But I did that and was promised 10% off, but no matter what "code" I entered, I didn't get my discount.

So far not a great experience with you.
Unable to create account as system will not accept user code.
Kit received with missing parts or parts that are different from those shown in video or descriptions

Chatbox only access to Customer Service, not even "live".. Have to wait for several hours for response.
I think the products are good and the concept is excellent but the overall implementation is poor i am curious to see how the software coding works...

My son and I tried to put in our access code to the classroom for the 18 projects we purchased, and the code is invalid and does not work. We received all the hardware, but the lack of the whole classroom experience is a fairly large disappointment.

My son loves this kit!

He's very interested in STEM and this is much more complex than the science kits we've gotten for him in the past. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that shipping was delayed pretty significantly. Otherwise, it's great!

I tried to speak to someone about changing the shipping address and person receiving and was not able to speak to anyone.

Interesting kits to assemble and learn from, even for my 14 year old.

It was good except I did
Not get my whole order. I ordered 2 robot kits and 1 weather kit. I only received 1 robot kit. These are for my grandsons so I am anxious to get this for the one left.

The kit works very well and actually it helps my kid to understand the knowledge quickly. It is more advanced than other products in the market. Naseem's service is great.

Good support with kits.
The kits themselves worked well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that:
- Some of the parts in the kit didn't fit perfectly. Probably version 2 of these kits will fix that.
- The lessons were a little cumbersome. It some places they were overly detailed (my daughter would get bored), and in others they were a little too quick.

I sent Creation Crate an incorrect email address. Naseem sorted the problem out quickly and on a Sunday at that!

Customer care is excellent! Naseem handled all communications and transactions in a professional manner: very efficient and prompt. Naseem was kind, accommodating, and understanding. Wish all companies would treat their customers as such. Thank you very much!

I tried to change the crate I bought from electronics to engineering and had a lot of trouble signing in. Too much trouble.
If I can’t communicate and get switched I’m cancelling my order via my credit card company.

After an unforeseen shipping issues, representative Naseen was extremely helpful in tracking down and helping to resolve the problem. Looking forward to exploring STEAM with my son through robotics.

Order an electronics set for my grandson. It will be a Christmas present. It was promptly shipped and received. I hope he will enjoy the learning experience!!
