Unbelievable incompetence
They just delivered my pet’s much-needed pain meds to an address I had 2 years ago, NOT to the correct address listed on the order. They are slow, totally incompetent and clueless. Don’t use their pharmacy even if your vet gets a share of their revenues…you, the customer, will suffer.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. This is the second time I have ordered a med for a dog. Both times the online info showed it had shipped, but in both cases it was more than 10 days. I let the first one slide, but twice in a row? My dog is out of his medicine and the USPS tracking had said its on its way for several days. I will not re-order from this company.

I don't often write reviews but I felt…
I don't often write reviews but I felt my experience yesterday required that I write one today.
These days most business appear to be all about making money - not so much about customer care. That is not the case with Covetrus. Yesterday was a tough day as we had to put down our oldest dog rather unexpectedly. A few days earlier I had ordered a medication for her from Covetrus. Wrapping up the day I realized that we would obviously no longer need this medication. I called to see if I could cancel my order and was told it was already shipped. I expected to be told that it could no longer be canceled/ refunded. However I was pleasantly surprised when she started off by saying that she was very so sorry about my dog and sent condolences. She went on to tell me how I could go about canceling my order to receive a refund. I know this is not always possible due to the type of medication being sent but it was relief considering the day we had. It wasn't so much about the refund but mostly about her taking time out of her day to spend those few extra seconds to show compassion to someone who was having a tough day. I wish I could have remembered her name - I would love for her to get recognition for a job well done. Thank you Covetrus for making a horrible day just a tiny bit better.

I find this website impossible to use
I find this website impossible to use. I cannot order my dog’s meds due to his birthday being unacceptable. I tried emailing. I cannot send the email because I have no order number. I tried calling. No one there on a Saturday. I work during the week. I am calling Chewy or Petmeds.

My older cat is on a liquid antibiotic
My older cat is on a liquid antibiotic. She takes 1 mm each day and when I received the refill they sent me these skinny syringes and there is no way they will work for her. It's challenging enough to get her to take it and working with a regular syringe is easiest because the does can be given in one swift shot into her mouth. I emailed asking them to mail me 2 regular syringes and was told that 'unfortunately' that was what the pharmacy had sent and I could BUY some if I wanted to. I KNOW THAT, dummies. You should send what is needed. You charge enough for meds, surely you can afford a stamp to send 2 syringes. What losers.

Je krijgt een opleiding van 2 uur en dan wordt er van je verwacht dat je 50 picks per uur haalt.
Deel van de teamleiding is zeer ondeskundig, vragen kan ze niet beantwoorden. Handscanner kan ze niet uilgeggen.
De werkdruk is zeer hoog. Jeugdig personeel wordt terechtgewezen tov iedereen op een grensoverschrijdende toon.
Zeer slechte werkervaring.

If I could do less than ONE STAR I would. We just received our dog’s Bravecto… TEN days after it was ordered.the package looks like it went through a war zone, when I tracked the shipment it didn’t move from August 1 until delivery today!! Tried calling Customer Service for help but “Precious” (their Customer Service Rep) was less than Any help. WILL NEVER ORDER DROM THIS “Pharmacy” again.

I used Covetrus for the first time… not doing that again
I used Covetrus for the first time based on the recommendation of my vet office. I have a prescription cat food I need for my 5 cats, so big bags the vet office does not like to stock. However, despite ordering well ahead of time, I have not received my order. My cats are out of their prescription- so I went to my vets and expressed my dissatisfaction with Covetrus.
I have written complaints to Covetrus with no response to the urgent inquiry of WHEN I might expect my delivery. WHEN matters, as otherwise I must drive considerable distance to procure more. Which was the whole point of me ordering through them, to avoid the long drive and hunt among vet offices for someone who has some.
It is costing me money and time and that is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. Covered overcharged me more than $100 and when I called to find out why was greeted with rudeness and absolutely no help. Terrible company. Would give zero stars if possible.

Fulfillment is sooooo slooooowwwww
There fulfillment process is soooooo slooooooow. Ordering is easy. BUT delivery is delayed unnecessarily. I ordered my meds on July 13 for a medicine that my horse requires for life. Unfortunately the pharmacy has to send it back to the vet for approval. My vet delayed until the 17.
The label was not created until July 18! And item departs within a day of the label being made. The package shipping, per the USPS website, was 15 minutes from my home on july 22 then shipped back to texas. I received an announcement that the order was supposed to arrive july 22nd. The order was delayed a day and now it says the order will arrive july 23. I called the USPS and asked why was the package sent back to Texas when it was at an airport 15 minutes from me. The USPS call center could only read a script from the track my package feature on the USPS website. Only after 6 days (july 24) will the USPS investigate a package that has not arrived. I thought ten day lead time should have been sufficient. I will call the vet next and ask why the delay on their end. I cannot have a meds take this long to arrive

Is there a way of giving NO stars
Is there a way of giving NO stars? Our vet uses this pharmacy to minimize their own inventory requirements (I guess??) Have a dog with liver issues causing seizures. Meds have been ordered three times, cancelled twice by them and and now disappeared somewhere in cyberspace. Website says they were shipped seven days ago but USPS website indicates they have not received them. Called and the customer service(?) rep said nothing was moving on this order. All she could do was start a case on it and could not tell me when I would hear from that department. Meanwhile, we wait and hope our pup doesn't die of a seizure in the meantime. I have contacted my vet in hopes that there may be another option as we cannot continue to use this totally incompetent company. As much as we like the vet, if they continue to partner with this bogus outfit, we will have to change.

The most incompetent company I have…
The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Multiple errors on my order over a five day period and in the end they not only sent the wrong order but after they shipped my order they sent me spam mail (from which you can't unsubscribe) telling me that the stuff I just ordered is now on sale for 25% off. Really? I hope Covetrus goes out of business quickly because they are truly HORRIBLE!
Please note Covetrus...You've wasted enough of my time you'll not waste any more!

This is a terrible option
This is a terrible option. My vet recommended this Pharmacy for my dog's critical prescriptions for seizures. They are either out of the medication or keep cancelling my order with no communication or explanation. Don't waste your time and money using this service - it is horrible.

Placed an order May 31st
Placed an order May 31st. Said it shipped on June 3 but never updated tracking from label created so I emailed...no response...then I called June 6th said I will receive a follow up email letting me know when the reship my product or will just resend...June 11th nothing....emailed again...June 13th told them I just want a refund at this point since they are unreliable. Sure no problem will see it in two days. Nope nothing. Out $78 dollars have called my vet and told them I will never use this company again. Don't use them! They are unreliable and have no real customer service.

I cannot get this company to respond. I paid for medications over a month ago yet my order still has yet to be fulfilled even though they supposedly directly work with my vet… horrible customer service and experience all around. Won’t be back and likely will have to dispute the payment at this point.

Communicating in English,
First, the customer service team has difficulty communicating in English, which makes it hard to understand their suggestions. Despite these issues, the deliveries are punctual, and the food is fresh. However, the discount policy seems unclear. If the customer service team could effectively communicate in English and clarify the promotion, it would help prevent misunderstandings.

Simply Incompetent
Simply Incompetent. I paid an extra $20 for 1 to 2 business day shipping. 2 business days later, UPS still didn't receive the shipment from Covetrus. Why did I paid extra for expedited shipping, if Covetrus can't be bothered to get the shipment to UPS in a timely manner??? Unfortunately, my normal online pharmacy, cannot ship certain medications, thus my vet uses Covetrus. In comparison, my normal online pharmacy's shipments arrive in 2 days without paying anything extra for shipping. I will never do business with this incompetent business again.

HORRIBLE. They sent me an empty box, when I contacted them they told me they had NO IDEA WHY THAT HAPPENED. Did not try to send another bottle of medication to make up for the empty box, I spend a lot of money on this medication had to scramble to get another bottle. They are unprofessional and ignorant. Do not recommend this business.
