Purchased candle jars from this supplier and was very impressed. Telephone support was good and items arrived, very well packaged, within 48hrs using standard delivery. Not my usual supplier but would certainly use them again and would recommend them.

Suite à ma commande FR-11289, j'ai reçu la marchandise dans un délai tout à fait correct malgré les jours fériés.
Suite à une erreur de commande de ma part, l'équipe a tout fait pour m'arranger et que je reçoive la marchandise.
J'utilise la cire de soja qui est toujours conforme à mes attentes depuis bientôt 5 ans.
L'huile pafumée Pomme rouge est un véritable délice

Am 10.11.2022 Öle im Wert von 210€ bestellt. Bis jetzt weder die bezahlte Ware noch eine Rückerstattung über Paypal erhalten. Trotz Konfliktmeldung. Die Firma Volsom Ltd. argumentiert damit, das dass Paket angeblich noch am Zoll liegt. Seit bald 2 Monaten ! Jetzt hänge ich in der Warteschleife, trotz meiner Forderung auf Rückabwicklung des Kaufes. Bestätigt durch Paypal! Volsom Ltd. hält mich jetzt hin , mit der fadenscheinigen Begündung , Zoll, etc. Ich möchte mein Geld aber in jedem Fall zurück! Ich habe eine andere Firma gefunden, die problemlos liefert. Außerdem ist das Feedback auf Rückfragen einfach miserabel!!! Dauert auch ewig , bis gar keine Antwort. Ich kann nur abraten!

Placed a couple of orders in 2020 but had to go to other cheaper suppliers. I wanted to take advantage of the recent Black Friday sale but sadly I missed out! I assumed it would last longer than just the Friday. I emailed their customer service to ask if they had any other sales scheduled, such as for Boxing Day.
No, they said, they tend to just do one sales event per year for Black Friday. Ohh that's a disappointment I said and so I continued buying up the fragrances I need for the year ahead from other suppliers which were way more affordable in the quantities I needed them.
Then Christmas came and guess what - next came a Boxing Day sale! So annoyed!

Worst customer service I ever see. If my candle making business depends on them, I will be smashed the very next day... Very disappointed.

Far superior candle making supplier to many out there online. Great quality, competitively priced and premium range. Unlike another competitor, Cosy Owl has kept its customers at the forefront of their minds and quality is always what keeps them at the top. We'll done Cosy Owl!

Never received order #14680. It’s been over 30+ days and I find myself unable to contact Customer Services at Cosy Owl. Cannot speak over the phone - only to sales who takes note and promise a follow up. Any email to enquiries@ bounces back. I was first given a 14 digits tracking number as a response to having never received my number. Went to the supposed collection shop and they have no trace of the parcel nor DHL recognises the reference number given. 2 weeks later I’m being given a 8 digits number, completely different. Went again to the supposed collection shop and they have no trace of the parcel nor DHL recognises the reference number given once again. This is very unreliable and quite frankly a complete fabrication. Where is my order, please? It’s delayed the operations side of things and I advise anyone to refrain from partnering with Cosy Owl. A chargeback procedure is ongoing.

Disgusting service. Very disappointed. My daughters business relays on the products from this store. It stayed online that they were open, they drove 2 hours.. staff were there but refused them entry. They then went online and paid for next day delivery on Thursday.. 3 days later and no delivery yet. Shocking service and customer care. Be careful when trusting a service as you may well let your own customers down in the process

Drove for 2 hours to the shop to be told it’s closed and we couldn’t even look at the stock! The website did not state that the shop was closed, the staff weren’t very helpful when we called them to explain the situation

I've placed 3 orders in a week and none of them have disappointed.

They have a large range of fragrances and lots of helpful guides and CLP info.

Their Ecosoy wax is the best I've used and their fragrances are spot on!

Die 2 Sterne gibts für die schnellen und netten Email-Antworten. Ich habe in die Schweiz bestellt und musste ein Konto von ihnen per Mail anlegen lassen und die Bestellung über Mail machen. War ja alles ok. Aber als ich nach einem Monat nachfragte, wann die Bestellung komme, haben sie geschrieben dass diese zurück geschickt wurde und sie mir das Geld erstatten werden. Ich habe dann nachgehakt und gesagt, dass ich aber kein Geld, sondern die Bestellung will. Die Antwort war nur: Dies ist leider nicht möglich. Keine Begründung und verschwendete Zeit. Schade :(

Was told of this website from someone in my Fb group. So put in an order, and am totally impressed with everything. The price, quality and the superfast delivery, will definitely be ordering again! 🙂

Leider gibt es keine Rückmeldung und alle Bestellungen werden storniert... Von daher, toller Shop, aber ohne Lieferungen..

Auf Emails wird überhaupt nicht reagiert! Erst nach Eröffnung eines Streitfall bei Paypal wurde die Tracking Id mitgeteilt. Mit dem Ergebnis das der Artikel 6 Tage nach Zahlung via Paypal immer noch nicht versendet ist!! Das ist eine Unverschämtheit! Vorsicht ⚠️
