I've been using Cosy Owl as one of our suppliers and couldn't be happier with the service & quality. The products are fantastic , and the team have been a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Absolutely awful customer service, very expensive product, will never buy again. Still no sign of return information and need to pay for return package myself.

Great Service. Ordering system was easy. Have used other waxes and was disappointed but the wax from Cosy Owl is great. Bought numerous items which were all very good and received within a couple of days. Will definately be ordering again. Thank you 🙂

First order received, bought wicks, fragrance oils and wax and so far what I've used has been fantastic. The big downside for me was the cost of shipping (I'm in the highlands of scotland-still on the mainland tbough) it was over £13! I had spent a long time mulling over what i would buy and if it hadn't been for that i would probable have gone elsewhere. The delivery by yodel was surprisingly straightforward, but postage costs have to be passed on to customers so this will have a huge impact.
The fragrance oils I've used so far have been lovely, with good throw, wicks are good, but the holders are bent so have to flatten them out before securing in the containers, not a huge issue though.

The item I wanted was out of stock but was emailed as soon as it was back in stock, within a week. Easy to place an order which I collected as I live nearby. Collection was straight forward and I am pleased with my diffuser kit. Will definitely order from Cosy Cow again.

Ordering was easy, del was good in time and all packaged well. Products from what we have seen so far are very good. This will be on of our suppliers now. Don't hesitate to order from this company.

I recently made a purchase of Flowerbomb fragrance oil as I’d been dissatisfied with my previous supplier same fragrance. Cosy Owl’s version is beautiful, exactly like its SIS of perfume. It makes a beautiful burning candle and the wax melts, so strong. I ordered this on a collection basis because I love close by and I needed it quickly. I picked it up the very next morning and the staff are so friendly and approachable. Highly recommended.

Great quality fragrances and good customer service

Our first order at Cosy Owl. Delivery to Germany. Quality and prices awesome, would love to have smaller intl´ delivery rates, this would be an attraction to order soon again. :) But we´re very content with the perfume oils.

Cosy Owl's Kerasoy wax is the best I have used.

Products are great for my candle making. Never have a problem. Good communication and delivery. Won't buy anywhere else. Prices are reasonable.
