It is almost hard to descibe in words how bad my experience with Hibu has been. They do not follow through with promises, they don't know what they're doing, although they will claim they're "experts" in marketing. I wasted so much of my hard-earned money on their gimics. To top it all off, when I called to cancel my services, they said I didn't give them enough notice and charged me for another month. I highly recommend you choose ANYONE but this poor excuse for a company.

It is amazing this company is still in business with the negligible results I have gotten from them. Their statement of work "You’ll get one-on-one service and support from a dedicated, knowledgeable Hibu representative. Backed by a full team of marketing experts with years of experience, Hibu will build custom digital marketing campaigns that put your business in front of your local customers online, on mobile, on social, and more" is far from true. From the jump, the sales rep was disingenuine in the product he sold me. I only went with them to get SEO results. Not only could they not use my existing Google website to do this (and he lied to me open selling this product, saying they could when they are Google partners), he lied about the cost of Google ads through them, as well. My rep never reached out to me until I reached out to him until about 5 months in when I finally got a good rep (after they had 2 other reps they gave me), and he realized none of my FB, email or Google connections were even connected to the Hibu platform. So, I had been paying for FB ads with fake results they were providing me, as my FB wasn't even connected to their platform.... thieves! Then they wouldn't let me cancel after the 6-month timeframe because they paused my Google ads since my sponsor ads put me further down the internet page with the new Google ads they supposedly set up and charged me for, yet nothing was connected. They at least paused the ads, but then were going to hold me liable for another 6 months of payments on this with my foundation program that NEVER even worked for 5 months... incredible they hold me liable for payment when they Do NOT follow through on their statement of work! Went through an appeals process more than once and not a single thing got accomplished. NEVER use their services!

Kimberly is great! She helped us setup our web site almost a year ago.
She kept in-touch after the setup to help us monitor and keep up our site performance. (We have gained many new customers via the web site!)
She is very detailed and thorough. She even sends an email after our meetings detailing what we talked about and the actions we need to take to improve.

I love how simple dealing with HIBU has been. Great ROI for my business.

Hibu does a great job of leading you through the mess as a small business in the marketing world. It can be tough and they show that they care by working side by side with you to solve the problems related to marketing with you business.

This company is almost impossible to cancel we've been trying to cancel for 3 months now. They are the worst I don't understand how companys like this stay in business.

This is a scam, they take lots of money and do no work. I got no clients and they just kept telling me to push up what I was spending. Please do not use this company

I utilized Hibu for several months and observed minimal results. They demonstrated the effectiveness of their keyword entries for me through the Hibu dashboard. Ultimately, they suggested implementing a dynamic phone tracker on my site, which unfortunately disrupted my inquiry form for three weeks, resulting in the loss of all inquiries during that period. I engaged in a two-week struggle with them and eventually had to consult my own IT team to identify the problem. Only after we pinpointed the issue as one caused by Hibu did they resolve it and acknowledge their mistake. As compensation, they offered half a month's service free, which hardly compensated for the potential loss of over $15,000 in services and the negative impact on our reputation due to unaddressed inquiries. I would never use their services again.

HIBU promised to manage my SEO, but the moment I signed up the nightmare began. They immediately began erasing all of my local listings. They somehow got into my YEXT account without authorization and began deleting profiles after claiming they were unable to correct it. All of the images and descriptions were erased. I cancelled with them less than a month. I honestly feel that HIBU was paid by my company's competitors to solicit business from me to sabotage my SEO.
