Alquile una moto, a mitad de viaje me percate de que no funcionaba los intermitentes, tampoco el claxon, por culpa de esto casi tengo dos accidentes.
Abro una reclamación, se autoarchiva sola porque no me llega correo de ticket abierto
Abro el chat de agentes, me ofrece 2 eurazos para contentarme, le comento que me da igual el dinero, que soy usuario habitual, como usuario me siento molesto por lo poco que les importa las condiciones de sus vehículos.
El agente me cierra el chat sin darme mas respuesta.

SCAM ALERT!!! Nowhere on their website mentions that an international license is necessary to rent a scooter. We paid the full amount only for them to refuse giving us a scooter nor a refund while claiming that “the policy regarding international driving license is on their website”. Took them over 5 business days to respond to our email inquiry, and guess what? They updated their website.
Terrible Experience - Motorbike rent in Ibiza and Formentera
Got one luxury motorbike in Ibiza, they held 300 Euros in case of any damage. At first it seemed fine, until we got the bike. They are not in good conditions and when we returned it (on a Sunday, so they were closed), we left the bike and keys safe next to the door. They charged us 50 Euros for allegedly breaking the mirror, which we are definitely 100% positive we left the bike the way we received it. (By the way, we were there for less than 2 days).
Second time we rented from them, it was in Formentera. We had payed for the same luxury motorbike. They said that the bike reserved for us had suffered an accident, so they could only downgrade us and add a small luggage carrier for free plus not having to give it back with a full tank. With all that combined, it did not get near to the money we had payed for the superior model.
This bike was also in terrible conditions and the helmets are disgustingly overused and dirty.
I tried contacting them in various occasions because of the money they retained and never got an answer.
They actually claim we broke the mirror.
I regret not having taken a picture before and after, so they couldn't claim such a lie.
Not a company to trust. Wouldn't recommend to anyone after this bad experience.

Pessimo servizio. Metà delle volte non si riesce a connettere con i svcoters. Ieri hanno sospeso il mio conto. Ho dovuto contattarli 4 volte per sapere perché è cosa devo fare. Tentei fazer o registo, enviei por 4 vezes as fotos da meu ID e carta de condução e dizem que falta documento.
Tento enviar emails e não respondem adequadamente. Não da para confiar em algo tão ruim e desrespeitoso com alguém que ainda nem é cliente.

Terribili, un branco di maleducati che stazionano, con la scusa del lavoro, sotto le finestre chiacchierando fino a notte a voce altissima. I loro scooter hanno occupato tutta la via e tutti i parcheggi.

Assistenza scandalosa! Tre giorni per risolvere un problema sull’app che non mi permetteva di noleggiare scooter. Scrivo per farmi restituire il credito di oltre 8 euro e chiudere l’account mi dicono che il credito non è rimborsabile e mi chiudono l’account. Mi sento truffato!!! Comunque passerò alla concorrenza sperando siano più seri

I have been using this app for 2 years. In the last 2 weeks i have had 2 problems and i reported them.
(1) the motorbike was meant to have 10% battery but it didnt work and after 3’ trying to make it work i left it 10 metres away from where i used it and ask for the money back. They DID NoT.
(2) i have been trying to close today the motorbike today for 6’ until it worked. I have reorted an incidence and no one has given me the money back and no one has replied to me or anything.
(3) Extra but Important: they always charge a minute extra for everytime one uses he motorbike. Ig u spend 10’ and 1” they charge u 11’.
Bad service.
Update (1,2): they do not read your incidences. Not sure then why they have that app development. You must contact them directly for problems in the contactanos place from the app. They have given me the money back for the problems created (10’). Still i have needed to spend extra time for that.

In data 31/10 ho deciso di recarmi alla stazione Termini dall'eur utilizzando il motorino elettrico di cooltra, non l'avessi mai fatto! Dopo aver effettuato il noleggio alle ore 15:38 il motorino non è partito e non si è attivato, ho provato in tutti modi a chiudere il noleggio ma non è stato possibile sebbene il motorino fosse con il baule chiuso e sul cavalletto. Dopo 20 minuti di attesa l'assistenza è riuscita a rispondermi e a chiudere il noleggio dicendomi di raggiungere un altro motorino. Il più vicino era lontano 1km e nonostante la corsa ho impiegato 10 minuti per raggiungerlo. Alle ore 16:08 ho preso l'altro motorino e ho provato ha raggiungere termini in tempo per la partenza del treno prevista alle ore 16:26 ma naturalmente non sono dotato di teletrasporto. Dopo aver scritto una recensione sul PlayStore sono stato contattato dal servizio clienti che mi ha chiesto di inviare una mail. Risultato? Questi tirchioni hanno deciso di rimborsarmi di ben 3€ a fronte dei 18€ spesi per ricomprare il biglietto del treno e dell'ora persa in stazione. Che dire? Servizio clienti e rispetto pressoché inesistenti. Dalla prossima volta userò i motorini della concorrenza che funzionano e non danno problemi

The scooter I rented had a problem. The red light of oil turned on although there was enough oil in the scooter and the company did not tell me about the problem. In the end I tried to solve the problem and the scooter did not work anymore. So I had to pay the full amout of renting even I only used the scooter for a few hours. Plus they did not pay me the full amount of deposit back. Fingers off from this company!

No pude llegar a mover la moto por no poder cargar las bolsas con la compra, la dejé en el mismo sitio que estaba, me cargaron 0,84 centimos por el servicio no realizado, mas 25 euros por notificar mal aparcada al ayuntamiento y esté me cargo otros 60 euros por mal aparcamiento que yo no realicé.

Mi hanno fatto aspettare come un cretino 40 minuti al freddo perché non si chiudeva l'app. Quando dopo 50 minuti (dopo che per fortuna si era chiuso il noleggio e sono riuscito a prendere il treno che rischiavo di perdere) sono riuscito a parlare con un operatore via chat, il meglio che hanno fatto è stato di detrarre dal conto i 40 minuti spesi. Ottimo servizio e ottime policy per coccolare i clienti insoddisfatti.

Huid de esta app si no queréis que os cobren un pastizal sin venir a cuento. No solo te cobran 111€ alegando que son los gastos generados por dejar una moto mal aparcada (sin aportar ninguna prueba de que el usuario que ha hecho la infracción has sido tú), sino que le dan tus datos al ayuntamiento para que te manden la correspondiente multa a ti. Una multa de 50€ que te llega justo al término para poderla pagar reducida por 25€. Ya que realizáis semejante robo de 111€, un precio mucho más elevado del que vale realmente retirar una moto del depósito municipal, podríais tener la deferencia de haceros cargo de la multa de 25€. Un timo y unos estafadores. ¡Hasta nunca Cooltra!

! DON’T RENT YOUR SCOOTER HERE !
The tire was suddenly flat. So, as agreed on we’ve called the “road assistance number”. At first, there was no one to speak english; the callcenter employee told us that we would be called back in 5 minutes by a colleague who speaks English. We actually never got called back (after 25 minutes of waiting) and we called back ourselves. Once we had an English speaking employee, we had a chat about the situation we were in and he wanted to help us by:
1. Sending a tow truck so the scooter could get towed away safely.
2. Sending over a taxi (within 30 minutes) which according to the employee will be payed for by Cooltra.
So, the tow truck arrived nicely on time within 25 minutes. After an hour of waiting in the burning sun without water in 30 degrees, we were still waiting for our taxi: which obviously didn’t show up. So we’ve decided to call Cooltra again with the outcome that the taxi will be there in a few minutes and we had to make sure not to worry about:
1. the taxi arriving
2. That Cooltra is paying for the taxi
3. That we would get a replaced vehicle without any additional costs, because we are still paying for the scooter because it’s towed away.
After another half an hour of waiting in the burning sun, we decided to call Cooltra again. Suddenly a taxi on Cooltra’s cost “wasn’t possible anymore”. So I became pretty annoyed after 1.5 hours of waiting, so the lady asked me if she needed to get us a taxi on our own cost and I said yes. Suddenly a taxi “was available” and it should have been there in 5 minutes according to the lady om the phone.
As expected: 20 minutes later: no taxi!! So we called again and spoke to Daniel that we were extremely disappointed in this service. So Daniel told us to go to the shop and that Cooltra will definitely come up with a solution or refund for the following aspects:
1. The flat tire can happen to anyone (we weren’t driving when it flattend out), so we don’t blame cooltra for this.
2. Because of Cooltra’s lack of action and communication we had to wait for over 2.5 hours in the burning sun in a parking lot waiting on your promised (over 5 times) taxi which never arrived.
3. We didn’t get the promised replacing vehicle because the shop was closed on Sunday. So we missed a scooter for 16 hours of rented time, that we still had to pay for. We had to stay in san antoni for this entire time and cancel our reservations for dinner.
So, we arrived to the shop this morning and:
4. The promised pay-out of the taxi ride back to our hotel was not refunded by Cooltra as promised.
5. We had to pay an additional €20 (no clue why) for the new scooter. We also agreed on no extra costs on the phone.
6. We are not compensated for the 16 hours we paid for the rental but didn’t get to use your service which we paid for because we had no replacing vehicle.
7. We are blamed for damaging the tire by “driving hours on a flat tire” by Maxim and had to pay an additional €50,-. He knows this, because he drove the scooter… Of course we didn’t drive on a flat tire, you would immediately feel it. Imagine driving on a highway with 100 km/h with a flat tire…. Impossible. We will not agree with this and this is not in our agreement on both the papers we signed and the agreement on the phone we made.
With other words: zero promises kept.
Next to all the above extremely customer unfriendly policy, the person in the shop (Maxim, Sant Antoni) was also not putting in the efforts at all to help us in either an informing, or customer friendly, solution focussed manner. He was very arrogant, annoyed (I saw him 3 times, and literally every time I saw him, he was arguing with a customer, not only with me.)
Just don’t make promises (literally promises) if you can not keep them and please stop the hidden cost and unfriendly approach in the shop, especially in the way Maxim approached every customer. You will loose a lot of customers, I actually saw one walk out the door because of him.
P.s.: The lady in the shop was actually very nice, our compliments to her service.
Cooltra is one of the most frustrating…
Cooltra is one of the most frustrating companies I know, in that the product is so good, but the execution of the service is so incredibly bad.
Their customer service is shocking from start to finish. And worst of all, the execution of using the bikes, unlocking them, locking them, is also buggy. I guess the code is just really bad. Anyway, I wish someone would buy them out and just execute the system properly, because it could be so good.
AFFIDABILE
Il servizio è affidabile e buono. Non ho mai trovato nulla di fuori posto, gli scooter sono sempre puliti, i caschi sono sempre presenti.
Guidare i loro scooter è sempre un piacere.
La zona di copertura è buona, sia in termini di superficie che di scooter per territorio.
L'unica pecca è che il loro servizio è caro. Anzi, ultimamente hanno anche alzato il prezzo, nonostante i suoi concorrenti possano vantare degli scooter con maggiore cilindrata a minor prezzo.
La recensione è da intendersi per il servizio offerto sulla città di Roma
