Coolmuster Android Assistant
I purchased the Coolmuster Android Assistant software and hot an error in recognizing my phone. After several futile attempts, I sent an email to their customer service. I got a response back VERY shortly with explicit steps to fix the problem. That worked beautifully. and the program worked seamlessly as advertised. I would strongly recommend the program and their support staff.

App Does not Work Please don't waste your money
Bought the app and tried to copy all my data including contacts WhatsApp, photos text non of it worked, the app was showing not compatible raised a request for a refund immediately within 30min no response. Wished I read the trustpilot review before purchasing the app. Thecontact was only able to transfer 5 out of 1000 contacts just appaling.
Wonder why you're selling a product that does not work in the first instance.

I accidently clicked on the wrong product to be purchased. I clicked on the Android software for a Mac computer and I really wanted to purchase the Apple IOS software for a Windows computer. I was confused at first. I then clicked on the correct item for purchase and purchased that one. I asked for a refund for the incorrect purchase. The refund was given, thanks.

I wanted to save texts and WhatsApp to my computer so I could create a Covid-19 history. Also Family & friend exchanges have been morale lifting. Coolmuster enabled me to do all of this. Memory freeing has made my phone more efficient too.
