An hour ago, I filled out a very poor review for this company having MISTAKENLY believed I'd received no response to my issues. I was just in the process of writing a snotty follow-up email, when I double-checked and realised I had missed their reply in my junk mail! Sorry!
As it happens actually the original reply was quite swift, it was personal to my issue, and obviously written by an actual human being. It was clear, concise and most importantly, has resolved the problem I was experiencing. I apologise for the original 'one star' and would like to offer this now-edited 'five-star' review instead.

FCPX & Resolve software?
Yes, I reinstalled the software on my MAC os 10.15 and it works. Can I make a point? Has Davinci Resolve software made yours not operate? I say this because when I installed Resolve your software stopped working in FCPX.

I had lost both my wireless keyboard…
I had lost both my wireless keyboard dongle and USB cable, so I got in contact with Contour via the message form on the website.
The customer assistant, Regitze, was quick at responding, efficient and just plain lovely. She dealt with everything, while letting me know what she was doing or was going to do and then the requested dongle, plus the unexpected USB cable, arrived.

Amazing customer service! My IT department accidentally lost the dongle to my mouse and on off chance i could buy a replacement I contacted via website.
They couldn't be more helpful and have mailed out a replacement at no cost which is just the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I lost the mouse dongle. I was mentally ready to purchase a new one when I saw Contour offered spared parts. I was shocked that not only they do not charge for the part, there is not charge for international shipping. The nerve they have :-) THANK YOU!

I accidentally severed the cord on my…
I accidentally severed the cord on my Counter Roller mouse, entirely my fault. After a couple of quick emails their customer support team shipped me a new cord at no cost. This kind of support for an item that is over four years old is pretty amazing.

Great after sale support
I am using shuttle pro v2 for my video editing. Device itself is a fantastic tool and a real speed up for my work. Recently couple of plastic button covers broke. I've contacted Contour support and had replacement covers sent free of charge. (not to mention 2 small Ritter Sport chocolates as a treat ;)

My Shuttle pro had given up the ghost, I thought it was a software issue, even though my pro was out of warranty, I was sent a refurbished one which solved my problem, Not in my wildest dreams I thought I would get a replacement...but wow I did. customer service is 100%, one hell of a company. Driver for new Mac operating system still not available, rendering my shuttle useless. No release date from Contour either.

A RollerMouse Pro3 on approval.
The company acted speedily to fulfil my request for a RollerMouse Pro3 to be sent on one month's approval. The parcel arrived in less than 48 hours and the company which dispatched it will be phoning me to see how I am getting on. They also provided a helpline, should I need it. A very good service indeed.

Had a problem with my contour mouse
Had a problem with my contour mouse, got a quick response to say it was a driver issue they were working on fixing, plus some suggested work arounds.
Hope the driver gets fixed soon, but pleased to at least know why its not working as expected.

trouble shooting
had an install issue with shuttle (had it several years). was given how to fix it with a doc download and clear screen captures and instructions of what to do if that didn't work. (the kind of thing that is simple when you know how. )
reply to my message was prompt, even in these crazy times of 2020.
