I cannot fault Contour service, first class.
I came across Contour by chance when searching desperately for a solution to my osteoarthritis and RSI in my hands. The trial of Rollermouse Pro3 was a wonderful opportunity to try something new to me. Prompt response, the mouse arrived in a couple of days and so far is making a remarkable difference to my working life.

Portable Laptop Stand: very happy with my purchase
I am very pleased with the Portable Laptop Stand I purchased. It is easy to use, stable and compact.
There was a delay in receiving the order which, in these wretched days of COVID and the unpredictable consequences of imports/exports leaving the EU is entirely understandable. Nevertheless, I contacted Contour Designs for an update and had a very swift, effective, polite and professional follow-up. My order arrived shortly afterwards.
I gladly recommend the laptop stand and commend their customer service.

I have tried contacting them four different times through their customer email. No one response. How can I speak to a rep???? Email is not working, since no one will reply. Horrible customer service.

Excellent support !!
Contacted Contour support for a copy of the PDF template to print and make some new inserts for my aging Shuttle Pro2. Instead of just gettting the PDF I was sent a couple of sets of printed inserts and replacement keycaps. Can't fault the support I've received from Contour.

Defective Battery - Full Replacement
I ordered a RollerMouse Free3 from Amazon, but I couldn't get it to work. I emailed Contour Design and they determined it was a faulty battery. They sent me out a replacement and I shipped the defective one back. It was pretty painless. Now I'm happy with my Free3 Wireless RollerMouse! I can't live without it.

Upmost attention and service…
I still do not believe the great experience I’ve had with Contour in Denmark. I had an issue with an older Shuttle PROV2 and was trying to install it for a recently purchased MacBook Pro. I received DAILY instructions and assistance from Contour. When nothing seemed to work, they finally manage to fix my issue completely. I really cannot thank them enough for this. Really upmost service. Thank you Contour Team.

An Amazing product but no repairs…
An Amazing product but no parts or repairs support, which for the cost of the product, I would expect. i was advised to buy a new one because a key had fallen off and the "connector hinge" was broken.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service, I use two ShuttlePROv2's one on a Wacom 27QHD and the other on a Wacom mobile studio pro, having arthritis in both hands I've set them both to work in Affinity Designer/Photo, Illustrator and Photoshop, without my Shuttles I couldn't use my pc or create they are invaluable.
I needed a replacement key cap for one of my Shuttles, had a handful within 2 days no charge, fast, efficient, helpful and friendly service, sadly are nowadays quite rare.
FWIW first EVER review but they have a customer for life.
