Excellent customer service!
I've been using the Contour RollerMouse red plus for a few years, which I can highly recommend if you're looking for an alternative to a conventional mouse. When ordering a replacement and troubleshooting differences in models (as I had ordered a slightly different model), the customer services team have been wonderful; approachable, quick to reply, diligent in looking into any possibly issues, proactive and helpful, also patient! Thank you to the team, especially Peter Hansen, who has been absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend Contour Design not only for the products but even more so now for the exceptional customer service. Many thanks!

Issues with rolling mouse and keyboard
I am very unhappy with the products. I have roller mouse and a keyboard. My first roller mouse had an issue with central scroll button and after spending hours to install a new driver, buying a new switch to connect the device, checking it on two computers, etc. it was changed by the company (which I really appreciate and that is why my rate is 2 stars, not 1). The scroll on a new mouse works well. But now I have another problem: after I wake the laptop from sleep, the clicks on the mouse get disabled, or the keyboard becomes disabled. Every time after some period of inactivity I have to restart the laptop to have the mouse and the keyboard fully operational. Too much time and effort consuming...

My experience end to end has been outstanding. Excellent, immediate help to select the right product, followed by great follow up support and guidance when I purchased some accessories.
I bought the Rollermouse Red and am so pleased with it; my arthritic thumb pain is much reduced. Couldn’t recommend Contour more highly.

Easy Service
Easy Service. Received an email with a quotation asking me a few questions which I answered so that the quotation is tailored for what my requirement is. Next email confirmed that the item would be shipped reminding me that we have a 30 day trial. I have since then received a email via the courier saying that they have received the unit.
I would say a very efficient service

I had troubles with contour shuttle express when using premiere elements versions - it was always pointing to old installed version - your Utube movie was very helpfull to cure the problem - tks a lot
