I asked a question with support and have not received an answer. I then get this asking how they have done! My answer is bound to be very poor as they have not replied.

If a company is going to auto send an email asking how they did then surely they should actually do something before sending it?

Fantastic support. Friendly and fast.

I love their products but I contacted customer support with a very simple query and never heard back. Just wanted to know about windows 11 support on a product. I received a request to review them on Trustpilot despite this fact.

Customer service helpful, unfortunately all products made in China so, until China improve human rights, I won't be buying anything from Contour.

emailed contour to ask what model was best for my disability and never got a reply, very disappointing.

I got a reply to my first inquiry but not to my second which needed a bit more information and advice about what equipment would suit me it would be really helpful to speak to someone I can't see that's an option- or reply to my questions would be helpful but I have heard nothing back

I had an issue, it was solved in one message! Can't ask for more than that.

My Roller mouse stopped working properly and I had excellent help via e-mail to sort the matter! Very pleased!

The Contour Shuttle is an excellent product for video editing and the service is perfect. In case of a problem, you will be helped immediately, even with the help of Teamviewer. Highly recommended for video editors.

Customer service has been very impressive and really helpful

Good customer services and provided me with the right information.

Years of using mice and trackballs left me with first De Quervain's tenosynovitis (don't try the Finkelstein Manoevre if you think you may have it, it's agony), and then lateral epicondylitis (more generally known as tennis elbow, but I'm no tennis player). I'm fortunate that my employer has an effective occupational health system that provided me with a professional assessment, and then with a Contour RollerMouse Pro3.

At first you think "What on earth?". It looks like a black rubber pencil in the pencil groove on an old fashioned wooden desk, the kind of desk you could roll your pencil in. And that's exactly what you do, instead of moving a mouse back and forth, you roll the RollerMouse back and forth, and side to side, with your fingertips. As you keep your arm still and in front of you at a specific distance, in time the inflamation in your arm should subside. It works best with a small keyboard behind the RollerMouse, again, so you keep your arms relatively still.

What do I think of the company? I think they are brilliant. OK, the devices are not cheap, but if you want to keep using computers for decades, their devices just might help you do it. The company responds well to customer contact, and is very approachable. They saved my career!

I have been using my Rollermouse Pro daily for work for at least 10 years, and it has only just started to wear out. I contacted Contour Design to ask for advice and they have been prompt and extremely helpful. Prior to a physiotherapist recommending this device to me, I had constant neck and shoulder pain from computer use, despite doing exercises and having a lot of expensive treatment from osteopaths, chiropractors etc. I was told that the muscle tightness from spending a lot of time at a computer, and repetitive strain injury, was putting me at risk of osteoarthritis in my neck. Since I started using the Rollermouse I have not had any problems like that. I have no pain in my neck or shoulders, and have not needed any more treatment. I recommend the device to everyone who uses a computer a lot.
