Having completed our inital stage for further funding today we cannot recommend both the company and our advocate Madison highly enough She assisted with ensuring we fully understood the process and what was likely to be asked of us in the assessment Never havign been in this situation before we were naturally nervous howevere her reassurance and genuinely friendly manner made what could have been a daunting prospect so much easier

Their help during the appeals was excellent. They handled all communications between us and the various appeal boards thoroughly, and took all pressure off us to do this, along with good advice on what we should say during each appeal. The only thing that would have made our experience more positive would be if we had been assigned a single point of contact within the company.

I am writing to commend the exceptional service provided by Christina Kraujalis regarding my appeal against a local authority funding decision. Compass are very enthusiastic to give you hope that you are entitled to funding, relieve you of £12,000, based on the local authority will have to pay sooner, if you don’t win, and the NHS assessors had a completely different view of entitlement to Compass’s junior law team. We were passed around multiple people representing my mother who has Alzheimer’s. Don’t believe the television adverts, it’s not simple and you will pay a lot of money up front. Compass deflect the risk, based on the local authority paying for care sooner. Just me relaying my father’s experience in helping my Mum. Very disappointing service.

We had a successful outcome regarding NHS Continuing Healthcare which we feel would not have been achieved without the help of Compass CHC. We were supported by Amin Abdelkader who was the utmost professional in every aspect of his work - through his compassion in taking time to properly review and understand our case to his diligence and integrity in liaising with the NHS. Amin had detailed knowledge of the Decision Support Tool (DST) and the 12 domains which are used to evaluate primary heath needs. They won Dads appeal. I did find it frustrating not being able to contact then on the phone, but every time I e mailed asking for a call they called me back quickly within a few hours.

I honestly don’t know how I would have got through this ICB appeal process without Compass Continuing Healthcare. It has been an incredibly long, stressful and emotional journey, and at times I have felt completely overwhelmed.

We have just concluded our FNC hearing with an NHS representative.
